Description

Discover the small holiday home CasaCaracol in Calpe (Alicante), on the Spanish coast. With 53 square metres of living space, this charming house can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The house was built and maintained in typical Spanish architectural style. With high rooms and exposed ceiling beams, it offers a pleasant and cosy living atmosphere.
There is also a garage on the property.
The building and the large terrace with pool and outdoor shower are on one level and are therefore also suitable for people with slight walking difficulties. The level can be reached from the garage via 5 steps.

The house has 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is situated on a slight hill with views of the Ifach (landmark of Calpe and the Costa Blanca) in a very quiet residential area with no through traffic. The holiday home is equipped with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. Enjoy sunny days by the private pool with outdoor shower or relax on the large terrace with views of the Ifach.
For your comfort, the house has air conditioning so that you can enjoy a good night's sleep even in the hottest summer months.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The TV and air conditioning are located in the living room. A hotspot is available for internet access.

Behind the house there is a small annex where you will find the washing machine, a high chair and a folding cot.
There is also a laundry drying area, 4 outdoor loungers with cushions and parasol and a mobile charcoal barbecue.
Next to the annex is a second outdoor shower with hot water connection as well as the stairs to the small roof terrace with marvellous views of the Ifach, the sea and the surrounding area.
The property is surrounded by walls and cannot be seen from the road.

The house has no central heating. Two mobile gas stoves are available for winter use.

Please note that the house is a non-smoking accommodation.

Location and surroundings of object

Calpe (Alicante): A Spanish coastal town with beautiful beaches and the Peñón de Ifach.
The house is situated on a slight hill in a very quiet residential area with no through traffic.
Four supermarkets and the beaches are between 2.0 and 4.0 kilometres away. The town of Calpe with its picturesque old town is approx. 5.0 km away. There is also a bus service from the edge of the residential area to the beaches, Calpe and the railway station.
The supermarkets, beaches and the town of Calpe can also be reached via cycle paths (marked in blue on the ground).
Behind the residential area in a northerly direction, there are extensive hiking trails into the countryside about 1.0 km away. Some of these are uphill and are therefore also very popular with mountain bikers.
In the mountainous hinterland there are many other hiking possibilities, e.g. in the "Olta" (distance: approx. 10 km.) and in the Sierra Bernia (distance: approx. 20 km.).

From the railway station you can take the "tram", as the train is called, to Denia in the north and to Alicante via Altea and Benidorm in the south.
These towns can also be reached by car via the national road.

to Benidorm: approx. 25 km
to Alicante: approx. 50 km

Electricity consumption is included up to 150 kwh/week. Consumption in excess of this is charged at 0.32ct/kwh. The costs can be paid on departure.

A deposit of € 200.00 is payable on arrival. These costs will be refunded on departure.
