Welcome to our holiday home on the southern Costa Blanca in Orihuela Costa . The house has 2 cosy double bedrooms on the upper floor, which share a modern bathroom. On the ground floor you will find an attractive living room with dining area, another room with a separate shower/WC and a well-equipped kitchen with access to the garden. There you will find a lovely gazebo with seating for up to 6 people. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and parasols are also at your disposal. Enjoy 3 terraces, including a roof terrace and one by the upstairs bedroom. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and just 100 metres away you will find a tennis court and a private pool area with lifeguard. Restaurants and shops are just 300 metres away. Golf lovers can look forward to the nearest golf course, which is only a 5-minute drive away, and there are other golf courses in the surrounding area.
