Super facilities in a central location in Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. The house has 3 bedrooms plus baby travel bed, Bedroom1 with 2 beds has a balcony, Bedroom2 with double bed and access to the bathroom, upstairs Bedrooms3 with 2 beds, also a downstairs sofa bed, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, living room with dining area, air conditioning , HD satellite TV in German and english, stereo, DVD player and free Wi-Fi, a large separate kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven with convection, stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishes plus cutlery for 12 people, toilets, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace with garden furniture, sun beds, parasol and barbecue grill utensils, terrace and small garden area. The plant has the most beautiful pool in the area. Towels, tea towels and linens are provided.
The house has AIR CONDITIONING, wireless and for the colder months and heating !!! No extra charge !!!!

The house is located in the popular area of Orihuela Costa, Horizonte, not far from the sea, perhaps a 10 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Lidl and other supermarkets, the Punta Prima with restaurants and shops, Saturday market and Zenia Boulevard and within walking distance. Orihuela Costa, Playa Flamenca is surrounded by inviting beaches where you can relax or can have fun with the banana boat, or swim borrow pedal boats and snorkeling. For shopping offers itself the Saturday market and the shopping center Zenia Boulevard, where there are also many restaurants. It offers besides shopping and fun for children, a casino constant entertainment, including shows and live music. After Torrevieja is only 10 minutes to be worth it. Walks on the promenade, small year-round fair, great restaurants, nightlife, exhibitions, Marina Salinas with great restaurants and bars, many sports facilities in the Marina International, as surfing, sailing, diving, etc.

Holiday with family.
We stayed here in this wonderful apartment over Christmas with 4 adults & 2 children.
Everything was very clean and everything you need was supplied in the hire.
Anette & Graham are superb hosts and will stop at nothing to make your stay comfortable.
The apartment is close to the citrus centre with comfortable seating inside and outside its perfect.
All in all a very good choice for a holiday away with the family.
We will be booking again for next year again.

Summer holiday
A beautiful large and well-equipped house in a holiday home complex with a pool. Our children had enough space and freedom here. It is very clean and cosy and we felt very comfortable there. Shopping facilities are close by and very easy to reach by car (Lidl). The beaches are very clean and also easy to reach by car. We can only recommend the house and would love to spend our next summer holiday there.

Osterferien 2017
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus gewesen und sind wieder aufs Neue begeistert.
Unsere Kinder sind glücklich gewesen jeden Tag an einem anderen Strand zu sein, das Wetter hat auch super mitgemacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafés und Restaurants sind nach wie vor in der Nähe geblieben. Laut ist es überhaupt nicht gewesen, denn die ganzen Lokals schließen spätestens um Mitternacht. Wir fanden unseren Urlaub toll und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub
Wir waren mit der Wohnung überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Uns wurde, auf ausdrückliche Anfrage, eine ruhige Lage zugesichert. Leider war das nicht der Fall!
In Sichtweite gibt es mehrere Kneipen / Restaurants, von denen jeden Abend bis weit nach Mitternacht laute Musik zu hören war.
Zitat: "Wenn wir "Totenstille" haben wollen, sollten wir doch mehr im Landesinneren suchen!"
Unsere Unzufriedenheit wurde mit Unverständnis behandelt.

Es war ein schöner urlaub
Das haus ist ideal gelegen und wundervoll ausgestattet . Es ist zentral gelegen so das einkaufsmöglichkeiten rearaurants und das mehr innerhalb von 5 minuten erreichtbar sind . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könne es sehr empfehlen . Es hat uns wirkloch sehr gefallen

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren nach unserem Abitur für ca. eine Woche dort und waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und ist toll gelegen.
Das schwierigste war die Entscheidung zwischen Pool und Strand.
Abends konnte man zwischen vielen netten Bars wählen, die alle in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind.
Insgesamt können wir nichts schlechtes über den Urlaub sagen - wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhaft
Vor kurzem hatten wir das Haus gemietet und waren begeistert davon. Es ist ein toll eingerichtetes, sauberes Haus indem wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Alles ist vorhanden. Wir mussten uns nur ums Essen kümmern.
Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Pubs in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Supermarkt, viele anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Zentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Bussoder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mehrere schöne Strände sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und unsere Jungs ( 7 J. und 3 J. ) auch und wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen!!! Wenn alles klappt, dann würden wir in den Sommerferien noch mal rüberkommen.

We love the southern Costa Blanca, because us the area by salt lake tremendously well and like us the climate with mild temperatures in winter (20 degrees) is doing very well. The beaches are fine and flat, and there is enough for all possibilities in order to have a carefree holiday.
