Description
The cosy and quiet holiday flat approx. 63 m² for 2-4 persons with separate entrance has a large living-dining room with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed (2 x 2m) and large wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC and bathtub, hairdryer and towels are provided.
The flat has free WLAN (WiFi) and a satellite TV with German, Dutch and other international programmes.
For families with children we offer a cot and a high chair.
In the garden and on the large partially covered terrace (south side) you can enjoy your holiday and the beautiful view in peace.
A deckchair and stainless steel charcoal barbecue are also available.
A charging station for electric cars is 400 metres away.

Ockenfels is a small village near (2km) Linz am Rhein.
The holiday flat is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Linz am Rhein.
Linz am Rhein is a small town in a wooded area between Koblenz and Bonn with many cafés and restaurants in the picturesque old town.
The surrounding area offers a variety of hiking opportunities, e.g. Rheinsteig, Ahrsteig, Westerwaldsteig, Rheinburgenweg and the Siebengebirge mountains are in the immediate vicinity.
There are also very good opportunities for mountain bikers.
Distance to Bonn 30km, Koblenz 40km

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
