Only 9 minutes by car from the lake, Franciacorta Nuvolinis invites you to discover its kingdom, created especially for lovers of cycling and wine and food holidays.
An exclusive two-room apartment nestled among the vineyards of Nigoline, in a safe and quiet residential context.
The flat, located on the 1st and last floor, is fully furnished and is divided into two rooms: a living room with super-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with small balcony and a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.
We provide shower towels, towels and shower-shampoo mono-doses, as well as a make-up station and a hairdryer.
You will have all the accessories you need to get your day off to a good start: a coffee machine including coffee pods that you can also use to prepare organic infusions, a microwave, an electric hotplate for toasting bread and an electric juicer, jam, honey and other packaged goods.
Smart-tv and wifi included to watch your favourite programmes.
The strong point of this flat is certainly the tranquillity of the place, which does not overlook busy roads but is surrounded by the quiet of the vineyards.
On sunny days and moonlit evenings, from the small balcony of the room you can sit back and relax while enjoying a good aperitif or a home-cooked dinner; the kitchen is equipped with crockery and pots and pans ready for use.

We also offer our guests a free bicycle rental service, including navigator!
You will discover the beauties and farms of the area through itineraries created by us on secondary roads.
All our tours depart from the flat.
Self check-in: you will be given a code to open the safe and collect the keys (I will send a video tutorial with directions on how to access the apartment building and the house).
As this is a self check-in, for security reasons a camera has been installed in the common parts of the apartment building only, which records the entry and exit of each guest.

For unaccompanied single persons arriving by train, I also value transfer from Borgonato, Provaglio or Iseo stations.

WELCOME TO NUVOLINIS
Nuvolinis was a small medieval village whose name first appears in documents dating back to the 13th century; the village, now called Nigoline Bonomelli, owes its name to its most illustrious citizen, Bishop Geremia Bonomelli.
Since 1928 it has been one of the four hamlets that make up the municipality of Corte Franca, which boasts an eighty-hectare golf course surrounded by woods and vineyards, while just 2 km away is the 'Acquasplash' water park with slides and pools for adults and children.
You can also choose from many open-air activities: trekking, bicycle and pedestrian paths, horse riding, birdwatching in the "Torbiere del Sebino" Nature Reserve, guided visits to wineries, wine and food tours with typical local specialities, open-air markets, water sports on Lake Iseo, shopping and much more.
WELCOME TO FRANCIACORTA
Franciacorta is a hilly area made up of 19 municipalities, famous for its sparkling wines, but little known for its historical-artistic heritage that boasts ancient castles, parish churches, abbeys and monasteries, inside which are frescoes and sculptures bearing the names of the first Renaissance authors on the national scene, born between the 15th and 16th centuries.
Until the last post-war period, Franciacorta has always been a predominantly agricultural land, but even in the presence of economic development, agriculture has not disappeared; on the contrary, it has developed with the production of dairy products, the maturing of cheeses, the presence of mills and pasta factories, local butchers and the typical Brescian cured meats.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
