Welcome to Villa Dobri Dupin in Posedarje, your perfect holiday home.
The modern Villa Dobri Dupin with a breathtaking view of the sea is located just 30 metres from the well-tended pebble beach in the picturesque village of Posedarje near Zadar and promises pure relaxation. Nestled in a green oasis, the 100m2 bungalow offers plenty of space and privacy for up to 6 guests.
The elegant and stylish bungalow was completely renovated in 2023 and offers plenty of natural light and a unique sea view. It consists of a cosy living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a beautiful dining area from which the sea view can be enjoyed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all necessary household appliances, crockery and cutlery, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, egg cooker, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and a romantic electric fireplace, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The bungalow also has 2 modern bathrooms with marble washbasins and rain showers.
We, as landlords from Austria, spent our first holiday in Dalmatia here years ago and immediately fell in love with the place and the area. After many comparisons, we returned to this place every year to rent a house here. This gave rise to the idea of realising our ideal ideas and requirements for a holiday home ourselves and renting it out as well as using it ourselves. The result meets high standards and, in our opinion, can be seen and felt ?
The spacious Mediterranean garden of the bungalow offers a gas barbecue as well as a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor shower and a spacious terrace with a view of the sea. As the property is fully fenced, our four-legged guests can also enjoy a relaxing stay at Villa Dobri Dupin. Villa Dobri Dupin also offers two private parking spaces under a double carport.
Villa Dobri Dupin (Croatian for "good dolphin") is named after the dolphin Bobbi, who is often seen just off the coast and has enchanted many a guest with the sight of him.
The beach and the sea are only 30 metres from the house and can be reached via a private access and path directly from the house. Pine trees provide natural shade and the beach is a very shallow, white pebble beach.
Even in the high season, the beach in front of our house is not overcrowded, as only homeowners and a few locals swim here. There is also a beach bar and various bars and stalls just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
The house is for those seeking peace and quiet, with a fully fenced garden for children and dogs. Away from the typical tourist areas, it is still very unspoilt here, with a very good infrastructure and even one of the few ambulances directly in the community and within walking distance.
Adventurous travellers can visit the nearby Paklenica, Kornati and Krka national parks, go rafting on the Zrmanja river or try a bungee jump from the Maslenica bridge. The Velebit Mountains in the immediate vicinity offer the opportunity for wonderful hikes, Nin beckons with a tour of the salt pans and nearby Zadar attracts visitors with its enchanting old town.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
