Villa Chiara is a newly renovated, very cozy and tastefully decorated villa with pool for 5-7 people. It is located in the village of Gornja Slivnica, only 12 km from the city of Zadar. The house is located on her own plot of 2800m2, here is a private pool of 50 m2 and an olive tree. The ground floor has a spacious living room with kitchen, large dining table, sofa and a private toilet with shower. From the living room, you come to a covered terrace with sitting set and view of the beautiful surroundings. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air conditioned, it also has satellite TV, Internet, safe, and a washing machine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with pool, sun terrace, barbecue area with large stone table and private car park. The nearest beach is only km away.

Quiet with a great view.
Everything as described, great house, very quiet with a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable. Pure relaxation. Only the mattresses could be a bit better.
