Fully furnished holiday home in one of the most beautiful parts of Rostock, 100m from the Warnowufer.
On the ground floor of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed 180x200, 2 bedrooms each with a single bed 90x200 and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine. The entire house is heated by central heating. The upper floor can be reached via a staircase. The living room and kitchen are located on the upper floor. The kitchen contains all modern kitchen appliances, such as dishwasher, cooker with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dining area, pantry etc. In the beautiful large living room you have a cosy corner couch and flat screen TV. In the garden there is a terrace with garden furniture and a rotary clothes dryer. A barbecue is available on request. A high chair, cot and stair gate are available for the youngest guests. WLAN is available free of charge. There is a car parking space at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Gehlsdorf, directly on the Warnow and with a view of the old town, is one of the most beautiful districts in Rostock. It is considered an upmarket residential neighbourhood, partly with renovated old villas and partly with new houses. In the 19th century, Gehlsdorf became a popular residential neighbourhood for wealthier Rostock residents. Ship captains chose Gehlsdorf as their retirement home and shipowners built stately houses. The long waterfront promenade, which is home to many yacht and sailing clubs, is a characteristic feature. A small ferry takes you directly to Rostock city harbour. In the Gehlsdorf hinterland is the Rostock overseas harbour with its ferry docks to Scandinavia and the Rostock Heath. On the Gehlsdorf shore there is a beautiful indoor swimming pool with sauna for leisure activities.

By car from the Rostock motorway A19/A20/A24 to the Rostock Nord exit in the direction of Gehlsdorf. By train to Rostock-Hauptbahnhof, then by tram to Dierkower-Kreuz and from there by bus to Gehlsdorf.

Super holiday home
We have been to this holiday home several times before. Each time a very nice and friendly welcome and key handover. The house is very clean upon handover. Everything is available in the kitchen and in sufficient quantity! The furnishings are generally of high quality. The city center is very quickly reachable on foot with the help of the ferry. We will definitely come back!

Very nice holiday apartment
The vacation apartment was very much to our and the children's liking. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The contact with the landlord was very positive, and we will definitely come back again.
