Welcome to PatricksVilla Cape Coral, our dream home on the central Gulf Coast.
Completed in early 2024, our luxurious holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests on 240 square metres of living space, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Our large, heated saltwater pool has a whirlpool/hot tub, water loungers on the sun deck in the pool, poolside bench seating along the entire length of the pool and a 6 metre long infinity pool edge. The view of the boat dock and the canal is simply marvellous.
Our house is located in the modern north-west of Cape Coral, an area that was only really developed a few years ago and therefore consists mainly of new and modern houses. A safe and beautiful neighbourhood, criss-crossed by a fresh and salt water canal system.
PatricksVilla is located on a wide saltwater canal where you can see fish and manatees, among other things. With our kayaks, which we provide free of charge, you can be in the mangroves of Matlachee and the Gulf of Mexico in no time. If you want to explore the neighbourhood from the water, there is probably no better way to do so than from a boat through the canals. It's not for nothing that Cape Coral is called the Venice of the USA.
Every detail of the house was personally planned and selected by us, including the pool and the boat dock. The house was furnished by us in a modern style and offers everything you need for an exceptional holiday. We were one hundred per cent involved right from the planning stage and then during the construction work, making sure to incorporate modern touches with every comfort.
Cleanliness and quality are our top priorities. Our guests are always personally looked after by us and both houses are almost always cleaned by us and made ready for the next guests. You never speak to a letting agency, but always to us, the owners.

PatricksVilla in Cape Coral promises a dream holiday in a popular and one of the safest areas of Florida.
On an air-conditioned living space of 240 square metres, we offer king-size beds in all 3 bedrooms, showers in the 3 bathrooms and an additional large bathtub in the master bathroom.
From two of the three bedrooms you have direct access to the terrace.
In the living room, the patio doors, which are over 5 metres wide and 2.5 metres high, offer a fantastic view of the pool and the boat dock with the canal.
As soon as you enter PatricksVilla in Cape Coral, you will be amazed by the view and the furnishings.
At the long kitchen counter (with its six bar stools) you can watch the hustle and bustle on the other side of the kitchen and, if you wish, offer advice.
The separate large dining table offers seating for 8 people and a smaller, separate table offers seating for 4 people.
On the covered terrace, an 8-person dining table invites you to enjoy a cosy al-fresco meal in front of the pool.
The living room is furnished with a large leather sofa and a 75 inch HD TV.
Our 4K HD Apple TV offers ARD and ZDF media library access, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and of course countless US TV channels.
The electronic devices you bring with you can be easily streamed to the TV or Apple TV (Airplay).
And to complete the cinema experience, we have installed a soundbar with Dolby Atmos.
All three bedrooms are also equipped with HD TVs and 4K Apple TVs and of course we also offer fast and unlimited WLAN/WiFi.
PatricksVilla is located in the beautiful north-west of Cape Coral.
The north-west is an up-and-coming area, the population is not yet as dense as in the south-east or south-west of the city. On the western edges there are many waterfront properties with large and imposing houses. The north-west is also considerably quieter, with less traffic and people, making the area a small and as yet undiscovered oasis of Cape Coral.
As you can see from the photos, Patrick's villa is located directly on the Barefoot Canal, one of the saltwater canals with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. With our two kayaks you can paddle comfortably into the magroves, or you can hire a boat and then go to Pine Island, Sanibel Island, Captive Island or Cayo Costa.
