From the southern pool side you have a beautiful view over the twelfth fairway.
Unlike many other holiday homes, PatricksVilla offers unparalleled privacy as there are no direct neighbours around the house. Enjoy the sun from early to late, on the terrace, by your own pool. Of course, sun loungers and bath towels are available for your relaxation.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club in Haines City is located off Highway 27, seven miles from Exit 55 on Interstate 4. It is ideally situated for exploring Orlando's attractions and allows the whole family to have a dream holiday like you've never experienced before.

PatricksVilla is excellently cleaned before and after every guest. We know what we are talking about as we have tried many companies and are very happy to have found a lady who enjoys cleaning our house as we would do it ourselves. In addition, we do our own spring cleaning every few months. Those who know my wife know what that means ;-)
