Welcome to this nice house in new condition just a short walk from the sea! Tjörn is a beautiful island that has a lot to offer. Everything from fishing, kayaking and cycling to sun and salty baths. The plot is shared with the house owner and in the nearby barn there are chickens in a henhouse that the children can look at from the outside. On the lower level of the house there is a large hall with good storage. A bedroom with a so-called family bed, i.e. a bunk bed with room for 2-3 people. The living room and kitchen are connected and there is a sofa, TV, dining area and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is neat and modern and perfect for cooking good meals in. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the loft there is a double bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of space for your luggage. The terrace is large and here you can sit and enjoy the tranquil view. On the lawn there is room for a lot of play and running. A 10-minute drive takes you to cozy Rönnäng on Tjörn's southern cape, which has a well-visited bathing area. Here there is a sandy beach, rocks and jetties to take a dip from. Hopscotch and failure are included. Beautiful view over Dyrön, Åstol and Marstrand. There are many sights and charming archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit the central town of Skärhamn, 11 km with a rich entertainment and cultural offer where the Nordic Watercolor Museum is the most famous. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv. The big city Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg approx. 55 km. Welcome to a lovely holiday home on beautiful Tjörn!

Haus liegt sehr schön. Man hat einen weiten Blick über die Landschaft, den man von der gut möblierten Terrasse genießen kann.Zur beeindruckende Küste ist es nicht weit. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der auf dem Grundstück wohnende Eigentümer ist sehr nett und entgegen kommend. Der kleine Hühnerstall stört überhaupt nicht. Wir fanden es mal wieder ganz nett morgens von einem beherzten Kikeriki geweckt zu werden :-) Empfehlungen: In Göteborg ist man von einem nahegelegenen P+R Parkplatz (Myggenäs) in ca. 1 Std mit dem ÃPNV. Man spart sich die Parkplatzsuche in der Stadt.Fahrradtouren nach Skärhamn und Rönnäng sind sehr schön.Eine Wanderung im Sundsby Naturreservat mit Einkehr in der Sundsby Stark ist sehr zu empfehlen.Es gibt viele schöne Badestege in der näheren Umgebung.

The house is very nicely situated. One has a wide view over the landscape, which can be enjoyed from the well-furnished terrace. The impressive coast is not far away. The house is fully furnished. Everything is clean and tidy. The owner living on the property is very nice and accommodating. The small chicken coop is not bothersome at all. We found it quite nice to be woken up in the morning by a hearty cock-a-doodle-doo :-) Recommendations: In Gothenburg, you can reach the city from a nearby P+R parking lot (Myggenäs) in about 1 hour by public transport. You save yourself the hassle of searching for parking in the city. Bike tours to Skärhamn and Rönnäng are very nice. A hike in the Sundsby Nature Reserve with a stop at Sundsby Stark is highly recommended. There are many beautiful swimming docks in the nearby area.
