Welcome to the Metina Holiday Home, located in the heart of Tuscany, just 6 km from Montepulciano, a few km from the Val d'Orcia and the magnificent villages and towns of Tuscany and Umbria.
This stunning 2-story accommodation can accommodate up to 5 guests in 110 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony and 1 bathroom on the first floor and a large living room with kitchen on the ground floor.
It has an independent entrance and a beautiful private porch equipped with tables and chairs for your outdoor meals.
Immerse yourself in the Tuscan landscape, admiring the view from the terrace or balcony. The large garden, with its lush greenery and colorful flowers, offers an ideal place to relax.
For moments of conviviality, you can use the barbecue to prepare tasty meals outdoors.
For moments of relaxation, the swimming pool is at your disposal, immersed in a natural and peaceful environment and has sun loungers reserved for you.
The property also has private parking.
Inside the house, you will find a welcoming and comfortable environment. The living room features a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings, and air conditioning for hotter days. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, oven and also with kettle and coffee machine for your relaxing breaks.
The bedrooms are supplied with linens and the house has a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
A washing machine, iron and other amenities are available to guests (shared with other apartments).
For our youngest guests, we have a cot and a high chair available on request (subject to availability) and they find a play area in the large fenced garden. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
Dogs are always welcome and also find spaces dedicated to them.
