The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The accommodation comprises a comfortable lounge including a new large flat screen TV with English free view channels, free Fiber WiFi, DVD player together with a supply of films, DVD's and a stereo radio CD player, USB player with integral I-pod dock, & blue tooth. A bedroom with King size very comfortable bed, with English Good Quality Bedding and Towels. We also supply pool towels.
Newly refitted and well equipped Kitchen, so you can cook here if you prefer, we also have a Gas BBQ for Alfresco meals on the sunny private roof terrace. and an immaculate Bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with fans, air conditioning, central heating and Free WiFi.
There is permanent access to the private Salt pool and terraces, the apartment and pool area are at the rear of the main villa.

| Price includes a generous welcome pack and all linen and cleaning . Payments to be made by bank transfer in euros or pounds sterling. Deposit is 30 % and balance 10 weeks before arrival. Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

We are a working English couple living in our villa all year round, we have our own private terrace at the front of the villa. The Separate first floor apartment is for couples only over the age of 30. We have no pets or children. The pool and garden is mainly for guests use, we do like to have a swim at the end of the day which we can arrange with the guests. my Tourist License number is VT-471972-A.
