Discover Amsterdam from our wonderfully bright and spacious ground floor apartment (85 m²), with three bedrooms and a private garden of 45 m².
A comfortable, quiet base, ideal for families with children and for guests who want to experience Amsterdam for culture, walking, and good food. You are staying among iconic places: you overlook the Diamond Exchange with its spectacular glass roof, next to the apartment is the Royal Theater Carré and around the corner you’ll find the Skinny Bridge.
You can step right into the city, metro and trams are 2 minutes away, and you come home to a pleasant, peaceful base. Space and comfort:

Important to know (peace and house rules):
Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area. We find it important that everyone, including our neighbors, can sleep and live comfortably. Therefore, this is a place for a peaceful stay and less suitable for groups of friends. That means:
* No parties or events
* No loud music or noise, not even in the garden
* No smoking in the house and not in the garden (no cigarettes and no weed)
* Only the booked guests are welcome
* We ask you to be extra mindful of noise after 10:00 PM

Easter City Break
Had a great mini break at the Polin Canal & Garden House.
The house is perfect for 2 couples, clean, bright and plenty of space both inside and out to to be relaxed and sociable. Loads of facilities make the stay feel like a home from home, it allowed us to really settle in to the stay without the usual inconveniences of a hotel stay.
Location is amazing, view out the front is quintessentially Amsterdam with the canal right there. The Metro is just round the corner which gets you to Central Station in 5 minutes to explore the city or to catch the train to the airport. If you fancy walking to the centre, it is scenic and allows you to see some character that would otherwise be missed.
Anouc was clear with communications and very helpful with any questions asked, her recommendations for places to eat were especially useful with some great meals had.
I absolutely recommend the house for couples or families visiting Amsterdam who are looking for a central location, but far enough away not to be effected by the hustle and bustle of usual city life.

Highly recommended!
Our stay with Anouc was really great! It felt like a home away from home. The location of the house is fantastic, just a few stops from the lively center of Amsterdam, which was convenient but also provided a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is quiet, tidy, and perfect for walking. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden that can be opened while cooking or enjoying a cup of coffee (and the Nespresso was a nice bonus!). The lighting is excellent and the interior is tasteful, with a cozy atmosphere that doesn't make you feel like you're in someone else's home. Amenities like the bathtub, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher made our stay even more pleasant. If we come back to Amsterdam, we would not hesitate to stay with Anouc again. Anouc was also very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Additionally, we were allowed to check in early due to an early flight, which was a great service after a long journey.

Great canal apartment with garden
Great apartment in the middle of Amsterdam. Anouc was very helpful during our stay. She also gave us great tips for restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The house was very clean. We rented a bike so we could ride around the whole city. Anouc, we will definitely see you again.
