The LUV holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea beach and the Graal-Mü pier, which is the centre of attraction in Graal-Müritz.
The newly built Aquadrom is just 2 minutes away, where you can relax in the indoor and outdoor seawater pools, a large sauna area and a restaurant.
The Graal-Müritz pier was opened on 10 April 1993. It is 350 m long and an attraction for every visitor to Graal-Müritz. From here you can set sail on the MS "Baltica". In the evening hours, anglers like to take possession of it. To commemorate the inauguration day, the municipality celebrates an annual sea bridge festival with fireworks in July. Beach info

As a sign of the first-class quality of the Baltic Sea water off Graal-Müritz, the "Blue European Flag" has been flying for many years. This recognition is only awarded by the German Society for Environmental Education if the bathing water quality meets the very strict EU guideline values.
At our "textile beach sections", qualified lifeguards keep a watchful eye on the safety of our guests in summer.
For a wind-protected sunbathing experience, you can rent a beach chair by the hour or by the day. A wide section of the beach is available for nudists.
The wide shallow water area is especially appreciated by families with small children. In addition to digging and splashing, our little guests can slide and climb to their heart's content on the beach: various playground equipment provides a welcome change.
A section of the beach is designated as a dog beach especially for our four-legged friends.

Withdrawal, Modification, Termination If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation unless an equivalent rental is made. The owner is not on site, the caretakers of the holiday flat receive our guests on site, here a briefing takes place, the collection of the visitor's tax and the deposit.

For many years I have been taking care of the marketing of our properties at the Baltic Sea in two different regions. 2 apartments are located in the Baltic Sea spa Graal-Müritz. four different 2 room holiday flats in two adjacent houses (Achtern Diek and Dwarslöper) and 1 flat for max 2 guests are in Boltenhagen. New now also a HOLIDAY HOUSE in the Berlin environs in the beautiful Barmin, more exactly in the husitten town Bernau near Berlin. Here I am personally the contact person. The S-Bahn takes you from Bernau to Alexanderplatz in Berlin in just a few minutes. The booking is very easy, by giving your address data, e-mail address and a mobile phone number I will send you the booking confirmation/travel documents by e-mail as a PDF file to print out yourself or by post if you wish.
