The two holiday flats are located in a holiday home ensemble with a total of 12 holiday flats in our holiday village with spacious outdoor facilities and direct lake access on a 500 m long lakeside strip. The two superimposed holiday flats (south side with lake view) have a balcony or terrace, 1 living room with fitted kitchen, 1 shower room and 2 bedrooms. On the balcony and the terrace there are tables, chairs and 1 parasol each. A charcoal grill can be used. The adjoining light-flooded living room has a large panoramic window with sliding door, also south-facing and lake view. In the living room there is a dining table with 4/6 chairs, a couch with glass table, radio, 48 inch LED TV and a fitted kitchen. The fitted kitchen consists of a refrigerator with ice compartment, sink, 4-plate cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and all cooking utensils. In the 1st bedroom in the apartment downstairs there is a double and a single bed, bedside tables, mirror and 1 In the 2nd bedroom downstairs there are 2 single beds, 1 bedside cabinet, 1 bunk bed and 1 wardrobe. In the 1st bedroom in the apartment upstairs there are a double bed and a bunk bed, 2 bedside tables, mirror and 1 wardrobe. In the 2nd bedroom upstairs ("dwarf land", because of low ceiling height) there are 2 single beds, 2 bedside cabinets with reading lamps, 1 sideboard and seating furniture. The shower bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor each have a washstand, a WC and a shower. Information about the surrounding area, excursion destinations, things to know, see and experience is available in a folder in the living room. The leisure, play and sports facilities in the spacious outdoor areas are available to all our guests.
If required, one to three group rooms can also be booked. The group rooms are located in the adjoining building, also on the grounds of our holiday complex. Group room 1 has 11 tables and 34 chairs, a surround sound system with DVD player and a 65" LED TV. Group room 2 has 9 tables and 36 chairs. Group room 3 has 20 tables and 70 chairs, a DVD surround system and a 65" LED TV. Group room 4 has 6 tables and 22 chairs and a 48" LED TV. All group rooms are connected to a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 electric cookers with ceramic hobs and oven with convection, 3 fridges and 1 side-by-side fridge, 1 under-counter radio with CD player, 1 crockery trolley, 1 microwave, 3 toasters, 1 bread and sausage slicer, 3 kettles, 3 coffee machines, 1 large sink, sufficiently large pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses for up to 100 people.

The holiday village Ferienparadies "Schweriner Seenplatte" is located in Dabel OT Holzendorf, 4 km from Sternberg, in the nature park region "Sternberger Seenland". The property is 2.5 hectares in size and lies directly on Holzendorf Lake. There are 3 private bathing spots along the 500 m long shore. The bathing area at the campfire site is shallow, 80 m to the left the four-legged friends can swim, and 200 m in the direction of the forest is the bathing area for friends of nudism - "FKK-Strand". From 4 places, on our property at the lake, the anglers can try their "Petri luck" from land. On and near the two fishing jetties there are 2 benches each and 3 pedal boats and 10 rowing boats. In the park there are benches, a lawn for sunbathing and a campfire site. There are 2 playgrounds, both with seesaw, swing, slide and climbing frame, 1 beach and 1 volleyball court, football tennis, football and basketball and 3 table tennis tables. In our games hall there is a pool table, air hockey, table football skill tester. In the cinema room you can watch the DVD you brought with you. All houses and apartments face south and have a lake view - with balcony or terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. there is a campfire once a week

There is the possibility to rebook the reserved accommodation to another/new date free of charge. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, he/she must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amounts: - Withdrawal up to the 120th day before the start of the rental period: 25% (but at least €100.00) - Withdrawal up to the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 50% - Withdrawal up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 75% - Withdrawal up to the 2nd day before the start of the rental period: 90% - 1 day before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show: 95% The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord has suffered no loss or a significantly lower loss.
