Discover the beauty of Sicily and experience an unforgettable holiday in our holiday flat in Villa Anna Messina. This charming flat can accommodate up to four people in 60 square metres of living space. It has a bedroom, a large living room with an integrated kitchen and a bathroom and is an ideal base for couples who really want to get to know the country and its people in Sicily with its many insider tips.
The highlight of our house is the unique view of the coast, which can be admired from all sides of the house on the 1000 square metre property with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. Situated at the foot of Monte Pecoraro, it is only a few minutes by car (approx. 2 km) to the sea with the nearest beach at Torre Pozzilo.
Our flat is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed as well as a small bathroom with shower and bidet. The flat can be entered from two sides and one side leads to the private terrace for barbecuing and relaxing - enjoy the breathtaking view of the coast from here too. In the summer months, there is also a swimming pool and an outdoor shower at your disposal, although use of the pool is expressly at your own risk.
It is a great advantage that a German-speaking contact person will always be available during your stay, who will be on site for most of the time in the upper flat and can give you all the information you need about the best beaches, sights or culinary delights in the neighbourhood.

The entire coast between Palermo and Castellamare del Golfo offers numerous beautiful beaches and bays to explore and seaside towns such as Terrasini (11km) or Balestrate (34km) are definitely worth a visit. For those interested in culture, the city of Palermo, 20 kilometres away, has so much to offer. If you don't want to drive to Palermo, you can leave your car in the P+R car park at the Piraineto train station, approx. 1 km away, and take the train to the centre of Palermo in 56 minutes without any stress. The small town of Villagrazia di Carini - also just a few minutes away by car - has a typical Sicilian flair with its small shops and cafés, and just outside the town there are also large supermarkets, including Lidl, where you can buy everything you need for your daily needs. The airport Punta Raisi (ideal for us is always the direct flight with Ryanair Cologne-Palermo in 2.5 hours) is only 9.3 km away from the accommodation - but don't worry about aircraft noise as the airport is behind a mountain range and you can see the planes but not hear them! As you can see, there are many ways to explore the island from our accommodation - there is something for everyone - whether as a beach or active sports holidaymaker with sailing, diving or hiking in the mountain massifs or as a cultural holiday with a visit to Palermo or Agrigento - or simply to relax and switch off from everyday life in Villa Anna Messina!

Beautiful life
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anna Messina! The apartment is well furnished and provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal – just 7 minutes by car to the sea with a fantastic view of the coast. Palermo is also easily accessible and perfect for day trips. The host was very friendly, speaks fluent German, and gave us great tips. We would love to come back!

Fantastic stay in Sicily!
We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in the Trimarchi family's holiday apartment in Sicily, and it was simply fantastic! The location is perfect – just a few minutes by car from the beach and close to beautiful, charming towns. It was the ideal starting point to explore the beauty of Sicily.
The accommodation itself is excellently equipped, spacious, and offers a breathtaking sea view. Nothing was missing, and we immediately felt at home. We want to highlight the hospitality of the Trimarchi couple. They were incredibly loving and helpful, gave us great tips for excursions, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this accommodation and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful stay just steps from the sea.
Stay focused on relaxation in this beautiful vacation home, recently renovated and in a panoramic and quiet location. Ideal for unwinding.
Just a few minutes from the beach, it also features a comfortable pool and outdoor space. The train station and highway are very close, making it easy to travel by car or train to the city of Palermo or other areas of interest. Thanks to Fabio for his kindness and availability towards us. I hope to return soon.

Fantastic stay on the coast of Palermo.
The stay at Fabio's villa was all around successful!
The booking request was made uncomplicatedly by phone. The hosts speak flawless German, which was very advantageous for us.
The accommodation is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport by car. There is a large mountain between the villa and the airport, so you don't notice any noise. The nearest small beach in a 5-minute drive (Torre Pozillo) is highly recommended.
A rental car is recommended as the villa is located on a hill. Nevertheless, the walk to the nearby train station, if you want to travel into the city center of Palermo, is quite feasible. As compensation for the somewhat steep location, you get a spectacular 360-degree view of the sea, the mountains, and the town of Carini, which is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos.
The accommodation was extremely clean and very generously furnished. There was plenty of space throughout the entire accommodation and good basic facilities for self-catering (kitchen utensils, large refrigerator, salt, pepper, oil, etc.).
One star deduction in terms of "equipment" for the otherwise flawless accommodation is for the slightly small bathroom, which we had already prepared for when looking at the pictures. However, this is relativized by the fact that the accommodation has a freely usable and very modern outdoor shower with hot water. Additionally, there is a very clean and well-maintained swimming pool that we were allowed to use as we pleased.
Overall, a wonderful stay for me and my husband. Thank you dear Fabio, we will gladly come back!
