The idyllically situated thatched-roof house was opened in May 2012 and classified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Directly by the sea, up to 6 people have space on approx. 120sqm for pure rest and relaxation in the midst of unspoilt nature. The holiday home offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the island of Hiddensee and has a large living room with eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an in-house sauna. The property was built in a typical regional style and is extremely comfortable and lovingly designed. The holiday home is equipped with a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, LCD TV, terrace with wooden furniture, barbecue area incl. grill, beach chair as well as underfloor heating. In harsh or cold weather, a fireplace provides warmth to end the evening comfortably with a glass of wine. On the upper floor, panoramic windows offer a unique view of the sea and the island of Hiddensee. Four bicycles invite you to explore the wonderful surroundings by bike.

| The above-mentioned prices apply to the booking of the entire holiday home and include additional costs and final cleaning fee as well as bed linen and towels and plus the local visitor's tax. Pets are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50.00 per booking period. We reserve the right to charge a deposit of 150,00 EUR. A cot, a baby bath and a high chair are available for our little guests on request. In the winter season, rentals are possible from 5 nights or on request. After your booking request you will receive a binding booking offer. Payment method: 30% of the travel price is to be paid within 14 days after booking confirmation, 70% of the travel price is to be paid up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. |
