Spend your holiday in our beautiful house Casa Souleiado / Casa Bemvindo in Ginetes on the Azores. With more than 100 square metres of living space, our holiday home can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as an additional toilet.
We also have a separate house, "Bemvindo", which can accommodate 2 guests and is just a minute's walk away.
This stylish house with lots of light and space in a quiet location is the perfect place for cosy chilling & barbecuing as a couple, with family or friends. Casa Souleiado is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a carport so that your vehicle can be parked safely.
From the veranda you have a fantastic view of the garden and the sea. From here you can explore the flora and fauna of the island on hikes, relax in the natural seawater thermal spring just 5 minutes away by car or simply enjoy the beautiful garden. Of course, you can also relax with a game of table tennis, racket in one hand and cocktail in the other.
The house is a little atypical for Portugal. The builder wanted it to be stylish, bright, open and solid at the same time. The high wooden ceilings and the luxurious wood-burning stove are almost reminiscent of an Alpine chalet, while the sea view reminds you of where you really are: in an Atlantic paradise. The two bedrooms are slightly separated from each other by the bathroom.
Inside you will find a spacious ambience with high wooden ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided and there is a TV with international programmes (all German channels), Netflix etc.
Wi-Fi is super fast and stable so you can always stay connected.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, as well as an iron and hairdryer. We have provided a cot for our youngest guests.
The house is only suitable for non-smokers (or people who wish to smoke on the terrace) and a long-term rental is possible. The beautiful surroundings, the comfortable furnishings and the quiet location make our holiday home the perfect place for your next holiday. Location and surroundings of object
Fantastic view of the sea. Only five minutes by car to the famous Ferraria - a natural, volcanic seawater thermal spring where you can swim and relax. The village of Ginetes is within walking distance and has a supermarket, post office, fruit and vegetable shop and a family-run pizzeria. In the other direction is the volcanic crater Sete Cidades. The crater lakes are a dream. You can hike or paddle on them.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
