Location and surroundings of object

The house is located close to the Ardèche, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the sound of the water. You can walk there in a few minutes and on a pebble beach you can enjoy the view and the maneuvering canoes. You can also start a canoe trip here and be brought back here afterwards.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: A rental agreement will be drawn up. In addition to the rental price, charges will be made for final cleaning (€135), bed linen (€15 per person), and tourist tax (€1.50 per day per adult). For heating/cooling and pool heating, €25 per day will be charged. Barbecue and 4 bicycles (with gears, not e-bikes) are included. There are 2 electric bikes available and a charging station. You can choose to use these during your stay and make arrangements accordingly. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the deposit. To comply with the general terms and conditions and to cover any damages, the tenant pays a deposit of €400. After approval by both tenant and landlord, the tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount within 8 days. Conditions: If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this by email to the landlord (even if it has already been communicated to the landlord by phone, for example): If cancelled within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, no refund of the rental price will be made. However, the additional costs paid (deposit – cleaning costs) will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant within 1 week after written cancellation. If the tenant has not yet paid the full rental price, the remaining part must be paid to the landlord within a week. If cancelled before the expiry of the 8 weeks, 30% of the rental amount will be charged. This corresponds to the deposit, so no further settlement will take place. If more has been paid in the meantime, this will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant within a week. Cancellation insurance Since the tenant risks significant financial loss, it is strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance. It is up to the tenant to decide whether this is desirable.
