This 18th-century Provençal Mas, built during the golden age of silkworms and later converted into a wine estate, exudes the tranquility and gentleness of the South. The 4 ***-rated gîtes, tastefully renovated, offer peace and relaxation in an authentic setting.

Surrounded by a region so rich in traditions, colors, and sites to discover, you will not be able to resist taking your car from time to time, even though you are staying in an idyllic setting!
It is in one of the two wings of the Mas that you will find our Gîte Marie. This very well-appointed house offers you a very lovely semi-covered terrace facing south with a beautiful open view of the vineyards and surrounding hills. In the evening, the lit terrace creates an intimate atmosphere.
It provides you with the necessary shade on a beautiful sunny day to enjoy a little wine from Ardèche, but also offers protection during a shower and thus allows you to still enjoy the outdoor space. And what silence! what a pleasure! listen to the cicadas welcoming you! A very well-appointed house with a southern accent!

Leisure Activities:
In a mosaic-like landscape between the Provence, the Cevennes, and the Massif Central you will find:
• A real paradise for aquatic sports. Wild water canoeing (all levels), rafting, fishing, and swimming are possible in the breath-taking Gorges de l'Ardčche at only 4km or the Ibie (paddling) which is ideal for small children.
• Hiking: starting directly from the Mas, many ancient tracks and paths from the Roman period crisscrossing a charming landscape of vine terraces, in the heart of breathtaking wild nature.
• Cycling and MB-sports between Ardčche and Cevennes.
• 300 prehistoric caves, among which the famous Caverne du Pont d'Arc - Grotte Chauvet, with the oldest rock paintings in Europe.
• Horse riding. Many centers in the direct area, however our favorite, "La Loubičre" lies at 6km and offers very nice course.
• Tennis court at Lagorce.
Shops:
• Lagorce, 5mn by car and 30mn by foot offers a small grocery shop with fresh French bread, croissants and newspapers! 2 restaurants and several wine caves.
• Vallon Pont d'Arc, 15mn by car or 1 hour by foot offers several bakeries, newsagents (international press available), cafés, doctors, several restaurants, supermarkets, and wines caves.
