Discover the beauty of the north in our charming holiday flat "Zur Windmühle". Located in Leybuchtpolder, this accommodation offers 65 square metres of space for up to four guests. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a small family or a couple.
The flat is decorated in warm wood tones and exudes a cosy atmosphere. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A small dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.
The bedroom is a haven of peace with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The bathroom is bright and modern with a shower and hairdryer.
The holiday flat "Zur Windmühle" has its own terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue on request, ideal for summer evenings outdoors. The garden is large and invites you to play and relax. A free car park is at your disposal.
The surroundings are characterised by the natural beauty of East Frisia. Enjoy the view of the picturesque landscape bathed in warm evening light.

The municipality of Norden charges a guest contribution, which we have to settle with you. In return, you will receive the North Sea Service Card (NSC) with numerous benefits (including free access to all sandy and green beaches in all seaside resorts on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony (exception: Cuxhaven).
Exempt from the guest contribution:
-Children up to and including the age of 13,
- severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 80%,
- an accompanying person of a severely disabled person, if the authorisation to take an accompanying person with them
is proven by an entry in the identity card of the severely disabled person. The conditions for the
Exemption from payment of the guest contribution must be proven by the authorised person.
The guest contribution is per overnight stay for persons aged 14 and over:
in the high season: 3.50 euros
during the rest of the year: 1.80 euros
High season is from 15 March 2024 to 31 October 2024 and the rest of the year from 1 January 2024 to 14 March 2024 and from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024.
