Description
Our holiday flat has a separate entrance.
It has two separate bedrooms with 1 double bed (size 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and 2 single beds, 2 night consoles with table lamp, 1 wardrobe and on request a cot (baby travel cot) can be placed in both rooms.
In the living/dining area there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, hotplates incl. oven, a dishwasher, dishwasher powder, microwave, filter coffee machine and a coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, washing-up liquid, dishes, pizza cutter, cutlery and much more.
The bathroom has underfloor heating and is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower and has a towel dryer.
In addition, our flat offers its own parking space directly in front of the house and a locked bicycle storage space.
The house has insect screens for an undisturbed stay and restful nights.
Free W-Lan is available, we do not guarantee unlimited availability and sufficient speed.
This is a non-smoking flat.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring animals into the flat.
This flat is NOT suitable for events or party.

Towels (small guest towel, normal towel, bath towel and a shower mat) and bed linen (fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover) can be booked without any problems. Separate charges apply for this.
The municipality of Norden charges a guest fee, which we have to settle with you. In return, you will receive the Nordsee Service Card (NSC) with numerous benefits (including free access to all sandy and green beaches in all bathing resorts on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast (exception: Cuxhaven).
Exempt from the guest contribution are
-Children up to and including 13 years of age,
- severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 80%,
- an accompanying person of a severely disabled person, if the entitlement to take an accompanying person along is

The guest contribution is per overnight stay for persons over 14 years of age:
in the high season: 3.50 euros
during the rest of the season: 1,80 Euro
High season is from 15 March 2023 to 31 October 2023 and the rest of the time from 01 January 2023 to 14 March 2023 and from 01 November 2023 to 31 December 2023.

Family vacation
We were very satisfied and felt really comfortable. Even though we booked only a week in advance, a ramp was installed specifically for our son in a wheelchair. Toys were provided for our daughter. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the big garden because of the bad weather. The landlords are very nice and were always available and helpful.

Wenig bis kein Telefon u. Internetempfang. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, kann man jederzeit empfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Easter
We were there over Easter. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather.
Small improvement: there should be a small pavilion with table and chairs in front of the house.
One possibility would be to offer rental bikes.
