Basement: It contains a spacious living-dining area with integrated kitchenette, with panoramic window and large terrace, the bathroom and the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There are: Sink, refrigerator, 2 electric hotplates with extractor fan, microwave with baking facility, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. A side skylight provides light and good ventilation.
The living-dining area is comfortably furnished with a dining table and an upholstered suite. A television set is available. A large panoramic window lets plenty of light and sun into the room and offers direct access to the spacious terrace.
Garden chairs, table and parasol are available on the terrace. A staircase leads directly into the garden.
The bedroom contains a double bed and is comfortably furnished with farmhouse furniture.
In the friendly bathroom with large window you will find a corner shower, washbasin and toilet.
The entire house has a cellar. For our guests, the room can be used to store sports equipment (ev. bicycles, or skis etc. ).
Upper floor: There are two bedrooms with 2 beds each. The room facing north has a large window that can be opened, the room facing south has a triangular window that can be tilted. The beds are suitable for allergy sufferers.
All beds in the house are 2 m long.

Location of the house: At the beginning of the village of Vorauf Holiday Park, with parking right next to the house and convenient access to the house.
In a quiet south-facing location with a large garden, or sunbathing area or play area. Sun loungers and a garden barbecue are available for your summer stay. From the south side you have a beautiful view of wooded countryside.
The house is located in the Vorauf holiday park near Siegsdorf in Chiemgau. Quiet south-facing location at approx. 700 m above sea level, nestled in forest and meadows.
Many hikes can be started directly from the house. Traditional places - such as , interesting towns - such as , mountain railways - such as , lakes - such as , and museums - invite you to visit within short distances.
The offer is so broad that the right programme can be found for every taste and age group.

Vacation in Chiemgau
We felt very comfortable in Mrs. Frank's holiday house. The house is very clean and cozy, nothing was missing. The location and the nearby surroundings in the park are also very beautiful. Excursion destinations are quickly accessible. We can highly recommend the house and will definitely return. Best regards, the Holdschuh family.

Very nice house and a top location
We liked the holiday home very much. It was clean and beautifully situated with lots of greenery all around. We only had to get used to the steep ladder upstairs, but that was not a big problem and even the children had no problems.
The contact with the landlady was very friendly and unproblematic.
We will definitely recommend the house to others and will certainly be happy to spend another holiday there ourselves.

Peace and coziness
The cozy house is located in a quiet holiday home settlement. The distances between the individual houses are relatively large and the view is beautiful. Many destinations can be reached relatively quickly by car. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime!

Couple with 2 small dogs happily again
We were there in September 2019 and had another wonderful vacation in Vorauf.
This time we had the best accommodation with Mrs. Frank's vacation home. We have been there 4 times now and will definitely book with Mrs. Frank again.
The process was uncomplicated.
The house and the amenities were great.
We all felt very comfortable.

A great clean and beautifully located house. We, 2 adults and 2 younger children, felt very comfortable. The basement is just perfect for storing bicycles and other things. There is a lot to discover in the surrounding area. Our boys had many adventures. We can only recommend this house and the surroundings if you value peace.
