Our holiday home "Stine" is a semi-detached house with a 500 sqm enclosed plot. It is ideal for families or group excursions. The main house is approximately 90 sqm in size and accommodates up to 8 people with two bedrooms. An extension on the property contains a double room with a small shower room ("Norbi" holiday room) which is available for separate rental and can sleep an additional 2 people. Thus, there is a total capacity for up to 10 people. Children and animals (one-time cleaning fee of €20 per animal) are warmly welcome; the fenced garden provides plenty of space for frolicking.
A paved terrace with garden furniture and a fixed grill invites you to enjoy balmy barbecue evenings. On the lawn, two loungers await for you to relax. The garden is fenced and is exclusively available to the guests of the holiday home. On the ground floor of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything else needed. Additionally, there is a tiled bathroom with a shower tub, sink, and toilet, a living room with a dining area and a TV, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The upper floor, accessible via a staircase, consists of a spacious bedroom, which is also equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. For the little guests, there is a play corner with board games, books, and some toys. There is also a small TV with a VCR and a selection of video and DVD films. A travel cot for children, a high chair, and a toilet step ladder can be provided. In a utility room in the annex there is a washing machine, a freezer, and an exterior WC ("garden toilet") as well as another shower.
There are a total of 3 car parking spaces on the property.
Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be provided for 15 € per person upon request.

Welcome to beautiful Stralsund!
Our holiday properties are located near the centre of Stralsund and are easy to reach by car.
There is a good bus connection (bus line 3), for example to explore our beautiful town without the stress of looking for a parking space or to go to the lido. The railway station is approx. 3.5 km away and can also be reached by bus.
The Strelasund with the coastal cycle path is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a small beach with a bathing area.
The "Störtebeker Braugasthaus" is approx. 250 metres away and invites you to visit. The "Störtebeker Braumanufaktur" right next door is known far beyond Stralsund for its good beer and offers tastings and tours.
There are several supermarkets and bakeries within a radius of approx. 2 km.
If you are visiting us with dogs, there are many good opportunities in the immediate vicinity of our holiday home to let your four-legged friend run around off the lead.
