This charming local stone holiday home sleeps up to four guests in 72 square metres of living space, spread over two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In order to guarantee all guests a holiday in rural tranquillity, the spacious property is reserved exclusively for adults, possibly accompanied by teenagers aged 12 and over.
The flat impresses with its lovingly designed interior. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days. The living area invites you to relax with its comfortable furniture, a TV and WiFi. The two bedrooms are cosily furnished, complete with comfortable beds and high-quality linen from Normandy. The bathroom is equipped with a mirror, washbasin and high-quality sanitary facilities.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
But the real highlight of this holiday flat is the outdoor area. Enjoy the beautiful private garden, relax on the terrace or prepare a delicious barbecue on the grill. The terrace looks east over the forest that overlooks the park and is shaded in the afternoon.
The property's unheated swimming pool invites you for a refreshing swim. There is also a boules court and a table tennis table in the park, which are available to guests.
The owners of the Petit Manoir de Vitrac live on site and maintain the holiday homes and the park all year round to ensure that your holiday runs as smoothly as possible. They provide you with a guest book full of tips about the region and share their secret addresses to make your stay unforgettable. Anne, their hostess, speaks perfect English and pretty good German, so she can help you with any questions!
