In the heart of the Périgord Noir in the Vallée de l'Homme - In the heart of the Périgord Noir, between Siorac in Périgord and Belves medieval village, in the Vallée de l'Homme, a magnificent Perigordian Manor, 220 m² with 5 bedrooms and an independent studio, a swimming pool of 5 by 10 meters, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a huge fireplace. A small summer kitchen. Terraces around the house, overlooking a flowered park. At the bottom of the garden, La Nauze, a small river that flows towards the Dordogne, adds a romantic appeal.
The Domaine is located in the most touristic area of the Dordogne: the nearest villages are: 3 kilometres away, Siorac-en-Périgord, with its beaches on the Dordogne where you can canoe, kayak and with its old buildings, its 12th century church and its castle, 2 kilometres away, the medieval village of Belves, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, World Capital of Prehistory and home of Cro-Magnon with its magnificent Prehistory Museum, is 15 minutes away. 20 minutes away is the prestigious medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of the Black Perigord, a major historical site in the region. You can discover the Dordogne by hot air balloon or by boat on the river.
At 20 minutes La Roque Saint Christophe troglodytic village on a cliff 80 meters high and 1 kilometer long. In the same area is La Maison forte de Reignac, the last intact example of a cliff-top castle in France. So many prestigious historical sites and heritage in the area of the Domaine, less than an hour away: Monpazier, the castles of Beynac and Cazenac, Saint Cyprien, Montignax/Lascaux, Rocamadour. Finally, for golf lovers, 2 golf courses 5 minutes away: Lolivarie and La Forge. Your villa is waiting for you, the beds are made up, the cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rent. Our beds are made, bed linen is included in the rental price, basic cleaning products are also available.
We ask for an optional final cleaning fee of 150€
Our deposit is 1000€, returned at the end of the stay after inventory of fixtures.
