Experience an unforgettable holiday in our charming holiday home Tihana in Labin, Istria. This holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The accommodation has a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Enjoy the view from your own balcony or relax in our beautiful garden. For barbecue lovers, there is a BBQ grill and a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days. There is also a car park for your vehicle.
Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and a TV is available for entertainment. For your convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer. A cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
The house offers free Wifi so you can always stay connected. It is also possible to rent the house long term. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.

A place to feel good
The first contact with Uli was very friendly and uncomplicated.
We were very well prepared before the vacation, as there was a list with tips and information. Really top!
We could reach Uli at any time, but it wasn't necessary. The house is clean, very cozy, and has everything you need.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The pool was also a highlight and well-maintained. This way, you could also stay on-site and chill. With the car, beaches, shopping opportunities, and places for excursions are quickly and easily accessible.
Everyone who takes care of the house is very friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back! :)

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet area
We were allowed to be guests in the beautiful vacation home Tihana and enjoyed it. Starting with the very nice and pleasant contact with the landlord, through the cozy atmosphere of the house, the careful pool maintenance by the housekeeper, to the dreamy surroundings with chickens and sheep, it was a perfectly successful vacation. We experienced a soothing quiet by the pool and were able to reach Labin with its very good restaurants and the beautiful old town in 10 minutes by car. Thank you again here to Mr. Bayer for the very helpful information package and for caring so much about the well-being of your guests. This is the hospitality one wishes for.

The holiday home is exactly as described, air-conditioned, very clean, and well-maintained. Very nice contact with the landlord who is very helpful, and the local contact person is also very nice and helpful. The pool is regularly checked and water is added if necessary. The outdoor area is also very well-maintained and offers plenty of space for various activities. The location of the holiday house is very nice as most bays are quickly accessible, as well as larger cities for sightseeing tours. The landlord's restaurant recommendations are nearby and also highly recommended. We had a very nice vacation and relaxed very well, and we can only recommend the holiday house. We would love to come back.

Perfect vacation with the family
Our stay at the holiday home Tihana was simply fantastic! The house is not only very clean but also beautifully renovated. The pool is a real highlight and provides the perfect opportunity to relax and cool off.
The contact with the hosts was very nice – they were always reachable and had everything excellently prepared and organized. From start to finish, everything was perfectly thought out and we felt completely comfortable.
The location of the holiday home is also ideal. There are many great excursion destinations in the area that are easily accessible. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the sea with the beautiful beaches.
Overall, we highly recommend the holiday home Tihana and are already looking forward to our next visit!
