Welcome to Casa de Campo, your exclusive holiday home in Denia. With 105 square metres of living space, this charming holiday home can accommodate up to four guests. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, which have been furnished with great attention to detail.
Enjoy the peace and privacy of our beautiful garden, surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation such as lemons, oranges, pomegranates and olive trees. You can also relax on the approx. 150 square metres of natural stone terraces while enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
You can barbecue in the outdoor fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings with the family.
Cool off on hot summer days in our private swimming pool.
Inside the house you will find a cosy living room of approx. 50 sqm with rustic roughcast up to the dark roof beams, hand-moulded cotto flooring, antique marble in the bathroom, white lattice window doors and an open fireplace.
The air conditioning units ensure pleasant temperatures in the bedrooms. The fully equipped brick-built Spanish kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and two coffee machines and heating in winter.
Modern amenities such as a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer are also available. The beds are equipped with tasteful bed linen to guarantee you a good night's sleep.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
From the terrace you can look out over the city, the sea, the harbour and see the ferries to Ibiza and Mallorca coming and going.
Time for peace and quiet - shift down a few gears, walk barefoot across the hand-moulded Cottto floor, which gives our entire house its Mediterranean character. Enjoy "your" house with all the lovingly selected furniture and accessories.

Our house is located in a quiet, small ring road on the local mountain "Montgo".
Denia is a lively Spanish town with beautiful kilometres of beaches and historical sights and is located between Valencia and Alicante.
In the town, the old town, the harbours, the marina and on the beach you will find numerous restaurants and tapas bars.

Extraordinary
Arrive and feel at home right away in this beautiful, well-equipped, clean house that has been lovingly furnished.
The lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, the various seating and lounging options, and the pool are simply wonderful.
By car, you can quickly reach shops, the ports, the center of Denia, and the various beaches.
There is much to discover in Denia and the surrounding area.
Contact with the hosts and local contacts was also perfect. For us, a completely successful vacation, thank you for that.

Great villa, stunning views and lovely pool!
Loved the design and character of the villa, very homely and well equipped. Beautiful décor and accessories all around. Well gated and walled property so felt secure and safe up off the road.
The view of the mountain was amazing and was so interesting to look out over the nearby villas, and beyond down to the city and out to sea. Being up the mountain it could be quite windy in the afternoons/evenings but this was most welcome during the summer heat, and the mountain-side location was so interesting with the winding roads.
We love nature, so was great to hear all the birds, and even saw wild boar outside the villa in the shrubland across the road. Plus all the cute feral cats and their kittens.
The nearest supermarket and fuel station barely a 5 min drive away were so easy to pop to and the vibrant city centre with shops and restaurants and the amazing castle ruins were lovely to visit and all within a 20m drive.
Quite a few one-way systems in the area which weren't too obvious, and traffic could be a little busy within the city with lots of cars parked along the roadside making free parking hard to find, but found a reasonably priced car park off 'Ronda de les Muralles' which was nicely positioned near 'Els Magazinos' a food court, close to the the marina, or near to the tunnel that runs underneath the castle which was great for access to the city centre.
Easy to park for free right by the sandy beach, before 11am, and several restaurants and beach bars dotted along. Good facilities, some areas had lifeguards and toilets and regular water outlets to rinse sand off before getting in the car!
All in all, a wonderful holiday, would certainly recommend if you want scenery and a peaceful location with amenities just a short drive away. Car hire recommend.

A beautiful house - a really great vacation

We are an older couple and we built this house primarily for our family. Because we can't always be there, we rent it out from time to time. Our house is lovingly furnished and it is very important to us that our guests feel at home and treat the house as if it were their own.
