Welcome to the holiday home Nordseeglück at the newly completed, completely redesigned dike and spa park!
Less than 200m behind the North Sea dike, on the Friedrichskoog-Spitze peninsula in wonderful North Sea air, our spacious, fully equipped holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
It is completely surrounded by garden and terraces and offers everything from the cozy living room to the dishwasher to the fiber-optic internet connection to make you feel at home from the very first moment. However: Charging electric vehicles at the house is prohibited!
We are already looking forward to your visit with us in the North!

P.S.: One more tip from us: The off-seasons in Friedrichskoog also have great appeal and recreational value. Our holiday home Nordseeglück is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the holiday home area of the small peninsula Friedrichskoog-Spitze on the North Sea, about 200m from the dike, behind which the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea with its diversity of animals and plants begins.
Friedrichskoog stands for a nature-oriented North Sea holiday with the whole family. Whether relaxing in a beach chair, hiking or cycling through incomparable nature, or taking advantage of sports or cultural offerings in the spa park, all this and much more is right on your doorstep.
Everywhere you go, you can pleasantly breathe in the clean, healthy sea air. On a walk along the North Sea dike you can take a deep breath, experience the ebb and flow, and enjoy the endless peace and vastness while cycling or hiking between the salt marshes, meadows, and the many huge cabbage fields.
A special feature in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is the Trischendamm. This is a paved path on a dike leading from the levee into the mudflats, where you can walk 2.2 km between the mudflats and salt marshes toward the sea and, in the evenings, often toward an incredibly beautiful sunset. Enjoy the many birds resting in the salt marshes in spring and summer, and always the vastness and impressive diversity of the mudflats. After the recently completed elevation and beautification of the dike, there are now 2 additional long walkways out into the mudflats with magnificent views. The center of Friedrichskoog-Spitze is only about 1.3 km from the house – so it is also possible to walk or cycle there. There you will find fresh rolls at the bakery, delicious ice cream, fish sandwiches at the kiosk, restaurants, spa administration / tourist service, bicycle and go-kart rental, souvenir shops, a mini-golf course, a bus stop, children's playground with beach volleyball court and fitness equipment, etc.
In Friedrichskoog-Ort, 4 km away, you will find, among other things, a large Rewe and an Edeka supermarket as well as a pharmacy. Here you will also find the popular seal station, where you can admire seals up close.
The Health and Therapy Center (GTZ) Friedrichskoog with thermal bath is located between the districts of Friedrichskoog and Friedrichskoog-Spitze.

Ruhige Lage des Hauses
Die Gegend um Friedrichskoog ist schön !
Wir werden nur nicht mehr dort hinfahren da wir alle von den Mücken überfallen würden egal ob draussen oder im Haus wir konnten machen was wir wollten die Mücken waren einfach immer wieder da.
Zum Haus können wir sagen alles soweit in Ordnung nur mit den Warmwasser hatten wir unsere Probleme es kam immer wieder Eiskaltes Wasser mit.
Der Kühlschrank ist bei 5 Erwachsenen ein bisschen zu klein.(ist auch nur ein Problem wenn man sich im Haus selber versorgt)

Dass Sie so viele Mücken erlebt haben, tut uns sehr leid – normalerweise ist das in diesem Ausmaß nicht der Fall. Das Haus ist mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet, die wir regelmäßig überprüfen. Wir werden dennoch schauen, ob wir noch optimieren können.
Bezüglich des Warmwassers in den Duschen kann es wegen des zeitweise geringen Wasserdrucks in Friedrichskoog bei paralleler stärkerer Nutzung, etwa bei gleichzeitigem Duschen in beiden Bädern, tatsächlich zu kurzzeitigen Temperaturschwankungen kommen, die dann als unangenehm empfunden werden. Das tut uns leid. Um die Gäste davor zu schützen, bitten wir auf dem Aushang und in der Infomappe im Haus, parallele Nutzung zu meiden. Wir werden prüfen, ob wir noch etwas tun können.

Vacation like home!
We had a great weekend in Friedrichskoog. We chose this house not least because a bathroom and a bedroom are located on the ground floor, making it suitable for travelers with limited mobility.
Contacting the family is nice and straightforward, and responses always come within a short time. We were thoroughly informed about the ongoing dyke work for coastal protection and the improvement of the tourist infrastructure. The holiday home is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From enough plates and cutlery to a kitchen scale and measuring cups, as well as firewood, board games, and sand toys. Everything in the house feels well thought out and like a home. Families feel right at home there. There is a children's wardrobe, children's cutlery and dishes, there is a crib upstairs, the stairs are secured, in the "children's room" there are children's books and there are art supplies, building blocks, board games for every age, and even sand toys. The whole house is very well-kept and beautifully clean.
Shopping options are nearby, we have eaten in good restaurants on site, and as soon as the construction work on the dike is completed, the place will be very safe and even more attractive. We would recommend the Tilly family's house to anyone.

Dream house, dream location, dream vacation
Our vacation was exactly how we envisioned it. Not least because of the extremely comfortable and cozy atmosphere in your house.
Like at home! Cozy, snug, and with a lot of peace around.
We had sensational weather, so we were able to enjoy the benefits of the sunny terrace very much. Furthermore, the amenities left nothing to be desired. First-class beds, really everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, and what feels like dozens of cushions. Finally, really enough hangers ;) and also additional blankets for cold nights.
What brought me the most joy was the extraordinary cleanliness! Thank you for that.
Spending time in "Nordseeglück" feels like coming home. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay there.

Great holiday in House North Sea Bliss
We spent almost a week at the "Nordseeglück" house and are absolutely thrilled with this holiday home and its location. The house is very lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. The beautiful living kitchen has everything you need. We especially enjoyed meals in the light-filled bay window. We were two people and used both floors. So each had their own bathroom and TV if needed. The facilities are in impeccable condition, including the beds. We slept very well, the location is quiet and close to nature. The dike is practically at the doorstep and shopping options can be reached by car in a few minutes. The area is not heavily touristy, so one quickly can unwind here. We have already wonderfully recovered in the good North Sea air in just a few days. The walk on the Trischendamm, which extends two kilometers into the mudflats, was pure relaxation. We want to rent the same house again!
