The approx. 450 sqm property is lovingly landscaped and protected from prying eyes, offering you 2 terraces facing south/south-east with an unobstructed view of nature.
There is room for 6 people and 1 small child on approx. 110 m² of living space. On the ground floor you will find the luxurious main bathroom with barrier-free shower and a bedroom with double bed.
The stylishly and comfortably furnished living-dining room captivates with a dreamlike view into the nature. From there you can directly access the large covered terrace. A large tiled stove warms you on cold days. Of course, there is also a TV with satellite system.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and another 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, 3 single beds and a cot.
Garden furniture for at least six people is available, as well as two sun loungers
Dogs are welcome.

The municipality of Dornumersiel charges a visitor's tax in accordance with the visitor's tax ordinance.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area and yet in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, the spa centre and the beach. The beach is approx. 1000 m. away. Distance, shopping facilities in 300 m., the Mahlbusen ( a small lake ) in approx. 500 m. Shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Nordseebad Dornumersiel as a state-approved spa resort belongs to the joint municipality of Dornum and also allows cures. There is a large bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment. There is a specially designated dog walking trail for guests with dogs. Shopping facilities and catering establishments in the immediate vicinity, well-developed cycle paths, various sports and leisure facilities in the close vicinity: fishing, swimming, beach volleyball, cycling, skating, riding, surfing, hiking, flying stunt kites, etc., all contribute to relaxation and recreation. A heated seawater swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing lawns and a tennis court round off the extensive offer. Long, well-maintained cycle paths lead along the dikes. Always close to the water, you can explore the other sights of the coast. The fishing harbour with its crab boats offers the opportunity to go on fishing trips or buy freshly caught fish directly in the harbour, in addition to the hustle and bustle. The Mahlbusen (old harbour) offers you extensive opportunities for leisure activities. Here you can go fishing, canoeing, pedal boating, etc. Boat hire is available directly on the water.

There is a small step at the entrance to the house. Barrier-free access to the ground floor via the terrace with sliding door at ground level. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a barrier-free bathroom.
