* The outdoor area offers exclusively for you a private 6m x 6m swimming pool with hydro-masage, 8 sun deck chairs, a covered outdoor dining area with amazing views of the surroundings and the sea, a lounge corner, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, a slide and a swing for your youngest. The evenings here are spectacular, enjoying a glass of wine overviewing the sunset and the town Split lights.
* The ground floor offers a very spacious and air conditioned living area, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker..), a dining table, a kitchen island with bar stools, a TV, A/C, free WiFi, direct exit to the sun deck area with sea views. There is a Bedroom No1 (14sqm) with queen-size bed 160x200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite bathroom with a shower (3sqm). There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities (9sqm). A separate toilet. In the garage is a Fun zone (35sqm) with a table soccer, a table tennis and there are some additional toys for your youngest.
