On the 8000 sqm enclosed finca in the green northwest of Tenerife, in the municipality of Los Silos, lies this individual holiday apartment with plenty of space, as well as a parking space for the car. There are a total of 4 holiday apartments here!
A Samsung flat-screen TV with 77'' NeoQLED UltraHD 8K Quantum with internet connection and streaming services such as Netflix etc., as well as Bluetooth... brings a cinema feeling into the living room! In the enclosed garden there is a cozy elevated seating area under a large rubber tree with a sea view. There is also a covered outdoor area with a table and chairs inviting you to linger when it gets hot in the summer. The garden has an area of approx. 100 sqm, with a large lawn area for relaxing.
New: there is now also a heated communal pool with wind-protected sunbathing areas
and a large, covered barbecue with a cozy atmosphere! The apartment has a large kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
The living room is furnished with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa and a large coffee table. There is also a desk. Free high-speed internet access is included. An extra bed is also available. For a third person, 15 euros per night will be charged.
The bedroom and living room have wooden floorboards. For cooler days, a gas heater is provided upon request; the gas bottle is charged separately.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable bed measuring 1.80 x 2m, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, as well as 2 wicker chairs. There is also space for a cot, which is available free of charge upon request. From the large window you can look out into the garden.
The bathroom has a large shower, an XXL mirror, and plenty of storage space for utensils. The toilet is separate.
There are skylights throughout the apartment, so everything looks bright and inviting.
Separated by the garden, there is a second bedroom, which has an area of approx. 18 sqm. The double bed is 1.50 x 1.90 m in size. In the bathroom, there is an XXL shower, a toilet, and a washbasin with a large mirror and a window to the outside. In the bedroom, there is also a small table with a view of the garden.
