This individual holiday flat with plenty of space and a parking space for the car is located on the 8000 sqm enclosed finca in the green northwest of Tenerife in the municipality of Los Silos.
A Samsung flat screen TV with 77``NeoQLED UltraHD 8K Quantum with internet connection and network programmes such as Netflix etc. as well as Bluetooth..... brings a cinema feeling into the living room!
In the enclosed garden there is a cosy raised seating area under a large rubber tree with sea views. There is also a covered outdoor seating area with table and chairs where you can relax when it's hot in summer. The garden has a size of approx. 100 square metres, of which a large area is lawned for relaxing.
Now there is also a heated communal pool with sunbathing areas sheltered from the wind
and a large, covered barbecue with a cosy ambience!
The flat has a large kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
The living room is furnished with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa and a large coffee table. Also a work desk. A free high-speed internet connection is included. An extra bed is also available. A third person is charged 15 euros per night.
The bedroom and living room have wooden floorboards. A gas stove is available on request for cooler days, the gas bottle is charged extra.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable bed measuring 1.80 x 2 metres, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, as well as 2 wicker chairs. There is also space for a cot, which is available free of charge on request. The large window overlooks the garden.
The bathroom has a large shower, an XXL mirror and plenty of storage space for utensils. The toilet is separate.
There are skylights throughout the flat, so that everything looks bright and inviting.
Separated by the garden there is a second bedroom, this has an area of approx. 18 square metres and the double bed is 1.50 x 1.90 metres. In the bathroom there is an XXL shower, a toilet and a washbasin with a large mirror and a window to the outside. In the bedroom there is also a small table with a view of the garden.
There is a charge of 15 euros per night/person for the use of this 2nd room.
This holiday flat is suitable for hikers and people looking for peace and relaxation.
The climate on the finca is mild all year round, even in summer it is not too hot,
the pleasant breeze from the trade winds ensures this.
There are good shopping facilities and delicious restaurants.
