Well-equipped non-smoking chalet for sole occupancy on 3 living levels, directly on the piste and toboggan run,
offers a cosy living/dining area and large terrace with panoramic view on the lower level,
new kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge,
modern shower/WC with towel dryer and master bedroom on the middle level,
two double bedrooms with exit to the large south-facing balcony on the upper level.
New are also large panoramic windows for more light, sun and view, already from the WZ.
New tiles and underfloor heating create a cosy room temperature, as does the Swedish stove fireplace.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, vanities and towel bars for shower towels.

Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is sunny and sheltered from the wind in a beautiful panoramic position in the middle of the ski area, not far from the middle station below Belalp (2000-3200m).
In summer, you can drive your car to the covered parking area near the house.
In winter, the holiday village is car-free and you drive to the valley station in Blatten, park and take the cable car to the middle station.
10 min. walk to the chalet - in the evening with lighting, luggage transport to the chalet possible for a fee
Downhill skiing is possible to the chalet and, depending on snow conditions, to the valley station.
Restaurant and bar 100m away, shopping facilities at mountain and valley station,
otherwise in the valley in Naters/ Brig.
The holiday region Belalp-Riederalp-Bettmeralp is a unique hiking and skiing area, situated in the Aletsch area, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Due to its altitude of up to 3200m, the skiing area offers
snow is guaranteed until April.
