Description

Our quiet holiday flat (3-4 persons) is located on the upper floor of a small, well-kept residential complex in the south-west of Borkum and is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the train station. A free private parking space is at your disposal, if available. The centrally heated flat consists of a cosy living room with kitchenette, dining table and a seating area (pull-out couch, 2 armchairs) , as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. A cot is available. In fine weather, you can relax on the sunny south-west-facing balcony. The flat is personally furnished. Radio and TV with cable connection and WLAN are available. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement for a fee. You can also store your bicycles there
The flat was extensively renovated in winter 2011/12. A new floor and a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave were installed. The bedroom will be refurbished in 2017, the bathroom in 2021.
Minimum booking 7 days. No fixed arrival days. Washing machine and dryer can be used in the cellar for a fee. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request. A flat rate of 65€ is charged for the final cleaning.

Free private parking is available. The East Frisian island of Borkum is the westernmost of the German islands. 36 km² large with beautiful white beaches. Ocean climate, family-friendly, offers many sports, recreation and Spa facilities.
