In the centrally located townhouse in the heart of Limburg, on the ground floor and upper floor, you will find the luxury holiday apartment "Stadtjuwel Limburg," an extraordinary and dreamy Art Nouveau beauty!
Welcome to another world! ! ! ! !
Built in 1902 and under historical protection, this maisonette with its historic furnishings is a rarity that is unmatched in Limburg! Additionally, there is a small, charming guest WC outside the apartment, which is especially popular when there are a larger number of guests.
There are 5 bedrooms with a total of 8 single or double beds, a baby cot 90 x 40 cm in bedroom 3, as well as a sleeper chair, which can also be used by one person to spend the night in the living room; the connecting door from the dining room can then be closed, so that up to six people could each have their own bedroom. All bedrooms also have large smart TVs as well as full-length mirrors, hairdryers, height-adjustable desks, and a seating area, and can be completely darkened with the shutters.
Matching, visually coordinated bed linen is provided, and there are sufficient towels available. In a small storage room are all the equipment, cleaning devices and agents, ironing board, iron, a safe for the most important things, cordless vacuum ……
In the modern country-style kitchen next door you have everything you could need, all equipment, complete basic equipment, TVs ……. . no wishes remain unfulfilled,…. . Feel at home!

There is also a large basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, flour, coffee, milk, etc.

You will enjoy having a wide selection of chilled drinks ready at hand in the summer; the glass-door bottle refrigerator in the dining room for self-filling is a dream in summer.

This apartment truly is a city jewel. It is unique.
It was a shame that we only booked for the weekend, because we would have loved to stay longer.

The apartment offers everything you need! Super described and just as great, equipped with a lot of love. Especially noteworthy is the comprehensive support before and during the stay from the hostess. She anticipates all her guests' wishes!

Great villa in the middle of Limburg
Very noble, clean, and large apartment in a mansion. Equipment unbeatable. Perfect for a group or large family. We felt very comfortable. Very nice landlady. Located on a street, therefore a bit noisy at night. With closed windows no problem.

A true gem
We were as a family with our adult children and their partners in this gem. Already upon entering the "entrance hall," one feels the special nature of this apartment. The furnishings are tastefully chic and suitable for the ambiance of these old rooms with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are all decorated in a very beautiful way, each differently. Those who want complete darkness for sleeping will find it just right here. Each room has electric shutters, which is pleasant even in sunlight. The star kitchen absolutely deserves its name. We have rented many vacation apartments, but the equipment of this kitchen is particularly special. Dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available so that you don't have to turn on the dishwasher after every breakfast. All other kitchen appliances and utensils that you know from home are also available. The contact with Mrs. Baum was very pleasant; she inquired during our stay whether everything was still okay or if we needed anything else.
Conclusion: A great vacation apartment, would love to return and definitely recommend it.

Dream House
The house is elegantly furnished with many Art Nouveau elements.
The kitchen has everything you need, all top-notch!
In the dining room, there is a beverage fridge, which is simply perfect.
The foyer invites you to a small pleasant break.
The bedrooms are wonderfully designed. You really sleep very well in the beds.
It's a pity that the bathroom on the first floor can only be accessed through one of the bedrooms. With closed windows/roller shutters, you can sleep undisturbed at night. The house is located on a busy street.
Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained.
If something is missing, the landlord is always reachable.
The old town can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
