Experience the perfect holiday in our Villa Ugrin, located in Umag, Istria. The holiday home offers space for up to 3 guests in 57 square metres of living space. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ideal for small families or a group of friends.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that invites you to relax. Enjoy a BBQ in the barbecue area and then relax in the refreshing swimming pool. A parking space is available for your car.
The villa has a terrace where you can enjoy the sunset or simply read a good book. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can keep a cool head even on hot days.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided and there is a TV for cosy evenings at home. A washing machine is also available, ideal for longer stays.
For our youngest guests we provide a cot and a high chair. Free Wifi is available throughout the house so you can always stay connected. An iron and hairdryer are also available.

Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
