In the village of Pilati, in the fenced garden, there is a pool and a jacuzzi, a veranda, a barbecue and a summer kitchen with traditional Istrian charm.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people. On two floors of the villa you will find a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room,
two luxurious bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a toilet. The interior is spacious, beautiful and carefully furnished.

Pazin is over 1000 years old. With a castle on top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena
In the centre of Pazin there is a homemade food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river.
A special attraction is a rope slide that leads over the Pazin Cave.

Super vacation Co. Jäger
It was a great vacation. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet area with a wonderful owner. Everything was super, clean, tidy, quiet.. We felt wonderful. The pool was clean every day before our visit, no one interfered. The garden with fresh vegetables was also not forgotten. The villa itself is well-maintained, super clean. 100% recommendation
We were already for the 2nd time in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, the bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. The landlord takes care of the pool cleaning diligently early in the morning, you don't even notice it. We were always asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything, but only when we were in sight, otherwise you enjoy absolute privacy, which is very pleasant. We were allowed to help ourselves in the garden and the homemade liqueur and wine tasted excellent.
The small village is pleasantly quiet, an ideal starting point for mountain bikers. The surrounding cities for culture and sightseeing are reachable in 1 hour.
Many thanks to the very nice host family for the wonderful stay, we will gladly come back.

Dream vacation in a great house
We, a family with two children (14-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter), spent two wonderful weeks in Istria in August 2023. The extensively furnished holiday home was very clean and left nothing to be desired, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. Our two kids were particularly excited about the private pool, which always invites you to cool off. This was then extensively used by us, especially due to the very good weather. We spent many beautiful hours on the sunny terrace and by the pool area, whether it was for a shared breakfast, barbecuing, or just cozy reading a book.
But not only the beautiful holiday home is worth mentioning. Especially the Lakošeljac family was a highlight for us, which we have not experienced in any other vacation so far. We were welcomed so kindly that we didn't feel like holiday guests, but like family members. They were always available to us when we had questions and supported us with advice and action in all our concerns.
A special thank you for making this vacation an unforgettable experience for us!

Relaxed and super welcoming.

Wonderful holiday in a great house
The holiday in Villa Veronika was really very nice. We were greeted very friendly by the hosts and shown around the house. Everything was explained and if we had any questions, we could always approach the hosts
The house itself is very clean and was built three years ago. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday here. You can have a good breakfast in the kitchen and also prepare delicious dinners
Especially the master bedroom on the first floor is lovingly furnished and cosy. The pool is cleaned daily by the host and also outside everything is very well maintained. We were even allowed to help ourselves in the vegetable garden
All in all, we can highly recommend Villa Veronika. We will gladly come back again!
