A charming new villa with pool offers you everything you need for a dream holiday!
In the village of Pilati, in the fenced garden, there is a pool and a jacuzzi, a veranda, a barbecue and a summer kitchen with traditional Istrian charm.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people. On two floors of the villa you will find a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room,
two luxurious bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a toilet. The interior is spacious, beautiful and carefully furnished.
Free WiFi is available and secure parking is provided.

The nearest shop is in Karojba, 3 km from the villa.
Pazin is over 1000 years old. With a castle on top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena
In the centre of Pazin there is a homemade food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river.
A special attraction is a rope slide that leads over the Pazin Cave.

- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Dream vacation in a great house
We, a family with two children (14-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter), spent two wonderful weeks in Istria in August 2023. The extensively furnished holiday home was very clean and left nothing to be desired, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. Our two kids were particularly excited about the private pool, which always invites you to cool off. This was then extensively used by us, especially due to the very good weather. We spent many beautiful hours on the sunny terrace and by the pool area, whether it was for a shared breakfast, barbecuing, or just cozy reading a book.
But not only the beautiful holiday home is worth mentioning. Especially the Lakošeljac family was a highlight for us, which we have not experienced in any other vacation so far. We were welcomed so kindly that we didn't feel like holiday guests, but like family members. They were always available to us when we had questions and supported us with advice and action in all our concerns.
A special thank you for making this vacation an unforgettable experience for us!

Ontspannen en super gastvrij
Prachtige woning met fantastisch zwembad en heerlijke tuin om te ontspannen. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad met dank aan de gastvrije verhuurders. Een aanrader voor iedereen!!

Wonderful holiday in a great house
The holiday in Villa Veronika was really very nice. We were greeted very friendly by the hosts and shown around the house. Everything was explained and if we had any questions, we could always approach the hosts
The house itself is very clean and was built three years ago. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday here. You can have a good breakfast in the kitchen and also prepare delicious dinners
Especially the master bedroom on the first floor is lovingly furnished and cosy. The pool is cleaned daily by the host and also outside everything is very well maintained. We were even allowed to help ourselves in the vegetable garden
All in all, we can highly recommend Villa Veronika. We will gladly come back again!

Perfect villa, pure relaxation
We can fully recommend Villa Veronika. We were greeted very warmly, everything was very clean, the pool, pool area with sun loungers and hot tub were cleaned every morning. The Lakošeljac family always stood by us with advice and tips. The villa is somewhat remote, here you will find the necessary relaxation. Thanks again for the hospitality and greetings from Germany.

We can only agree with the previous reviews.
The holiday home is equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean and the outdoor area is also very nice. This is lovingly maintained by the owners without you noticing during your stay. The same applies to the very nice and large pool, as well as the jacuzzi.
If you want to meet very loving, attentive, helpful and always friendly hosts, Villa Veronika is the right place for you. We would like to say thank you again for everything and wish the Lakošeljac family all the best for the future. You made our vacation perfect.

Great vacation!
There is nothing to complain about. A beautiful holiday home including pool and summer house, nice and hospitable landlords, as well as a central location in the heart of Istria and to all coasts. We felt very, very comfortable. Everything is as described and more than 5 stars unfortunately cannot be selected...?. Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Den vorherigen Bewertungen können wir uns nur vollumfänglich anschließen.
Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Baden im Pool, kochen in der Sommerküche und Entspannen im Yacuzzi. Wir kommen gerne wieder, liebe Grüße aus Weißwasser/Deutschland

Ein Traum!!!
Der Urlaub war einfach traumhaft!
Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und nach einer kurzen Führung, konnten wir richtig schön entspannen.
Die im Nebenhaus wohnenden Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und waren stets um unser Wohl bemüht. Es entspricht alles den Fotos, die hier hochgeladen wurden und die Einrichtung, sowie der Außenbereich sind einfach perfekt. Am Liebsten wären wir dort geblieben! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, aber wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist alles sehr zeitnah zu erreichen, ist also ebenfalls positiv, da die Lage ebenfalls für Ruhe und Entspannung sorgt. :)

....der perfekte Urlaub
Neu gebautes, hochwertiges und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus an dem es an nichts gefehlt hat.
Sehr sehr nette gastfreundliche, aber dennoch diskrete Vermieter. Auch das Gartengrillhaus mit volleingrichteter Küche, Grill,TV und Dartspiel sorgte für gemütliche Abende.
Sehr schöner Ausblick von Frühstücksterasse und Pool auf ein höher gelegenes Dörfchen. Ideal auch für Kinder, die sich frei bewegen können. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Besser geht es nicht
Für uns war es ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Wunderschönes Haus, alles sauber und gepflegt, eigener Pool und die besten Vermieter die man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.
