Description
Newly renovated (2023), bright FEWO at the gates of Nuremberg and Franconian Switzerland. Good transport connections. Ideally suited as a base for hiking & cycling tours (marked hiking and cycling trails), city tours and trade fair visits, or a climbing holiday (Franconian and Hersbrucker Switzerland).
The 2-room flat with 37 square metres is located at ground level in the annex with a separate entrance. The building is located in a side street with no through traffic.

SLEEPING: Bedroom with double bed (can also be pushed apart). Additional cot possible.
LIVING: Semi-open-plan living/dining room with sofa, satellite TV, dining table with chairs and bench (high chair possible)
KITCHEN: Functionally equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of accessories.
SANITARY: Shower room (with hairdryer) and separate WC.
EQUIPMENT: WLAN, board games, children's books, ...
SHOPPING: Bakery and supermarket within walking distance. Discounter, drugstore, pharmacies, restaurants on site.
CAR: separate parking space in front of the FEWO; petrol station with Superchargers at the motorway entrance (5 min).

very lovingly furnished extension
My husband and I relatively spontaneously decided to spend the weekend near Nuremberg and were lucky to be able to use this apartment. It is located in a quiet area and has everything one could wish for. The furnishings are very well-kept and modern. In addition, attention was paid to small details in the decoration. We have never had such a lovingly designed apartment. We felt very comfortable.

Urlaub in Fewo
The vacation apartment is highly recommended. It is spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. We lacked nothing. Warm welcome and lovely, nice family Stünn. We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay, a place to recharge and let the soul dangle. We would love to come back :-)

Great holiday apartment in a quiet location.
I was looking for a holiday apartment (spontaneous short stay) in the Nuremberg area and fortunately found the Stünn family :) Lovingly furnished apartment, with a cozy living room and bright bathroom (separate toilet, which I personally prefer). The apartment is quietly located and you can explore the area directly by bicycle or car :) I knew there was a coffee machine, but of course I left my pads at home - luckily - for the first coffee there was even a small surprise supply in the kitchen.
If I find myself in Nuremberg again soon, I will gladly come back :)

Comfortable holiday apartment in a central location, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains.
For a short trip with friends to Nuremberg, we stayed in the holiday apartment of the Stünn family. The apartment is very well equipped and the landlords are helpful and nice. The location of the apartment is perfect for a short trip with a train connection and shopping opportunities around the corner.
