Welcome to Villa Jazzy, your premier holiday destination near the picturesque town of Balchik. This spacious 350 square meter holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups.
Villa Jazzy is composed of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, spacious living area with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas, plus an additional shower-room on the ground floor. Each room has an access to a balcony with stunning views of the coastal and towards Albena resort. Outside apart from the marvelous scenery, there are a swimming pool, a movable grill and a parking lot plus additional places on the street.
The living room has a cozy lounge area with sofa and a TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and kettle, along with a coffee machine for those essential morning brews. A washing machine is also on hand for your convenience.
All the rooms are fitted with air conditioning for those warm summer days. There is also a WiFi connection throughout the villa, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay.
For families with babies, we provide a travel cot and a high chair to ensure the comfort of your little ones.
Smoking is allowed only in the outside areas.
Outdoors, you will find a beautiful terrace perfect for al fresco dining. A movable BBQ grill is available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. The swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable sun loungers, is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

| The rental price includes rent of the whole villa, arrival cleaning of the villa, clean bed sheets and bath towels, support of`a villa manager, all utility bills. It is payable on arrival and fully refundable on your departure, in case no damages are done to the property during your stay in the villa. Special discounts for Summer 2024: - 20 % for all bookings in May, June and September. - 10 % for last-minute bookings (14 days prior to arrival) for July and August. - 10 % for clients who book min 3 weeks (or more). |
