Description

A beautiful family villa in a quiet area and a relaxation-friendly neighborhood. The villa is located above the world-famous holiday resort Golden Sands. It has three floors, each fully equipped with everything necessary for a good vacation. The villa has a beautiful garden with many fruit trees and a small vineyard. The villa is approximately 600 m (10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car) from the beach and also very close – 700 m – to the popular holiday resort Golden Sands. You can see and enjoy both the sea and the forest at the same time. The ground floor apartment is partly a basement, has 2 bedrooms each with two beds, a living room, small kitchen, and an external attached bathroom with shower and toilet. The MG apartment is 70 sqm, one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the other – 2 single beds. Kitchen, large living room with two additional beds, and a bathroom with shower are also there. This apartment has a large terrace with a view of the sea. The attic apartment has two small bedrooms, each with two single beds, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower, as well as a very large terrace with deck chairs and a wide view of the sea and the Black Sea coast.
The most beautiful thing about the villa is the magnificent view of the Black Sea and the sunrise!

The villa is approximately 600 m (10 minutes on foot) from the beach and also very close—700 m—to the popular holiday resort Golden Sands. It is at the same time close to the sea and the forest. Let your children see tomatoes and grapes ripen! It is located in a very quiet and beautiful area called "Panorama." The villa has three floors. Each floor is a separate apartment, with its own entrance. Private parking is possible in the garden. The view from each apartment is very beautiful; you overlook half of the Black Sea as well as Balchik, Kavarna, Golden Sands. There are tables and sun loungers on the terraces. Ground floor (partly basement): for 4 people: - Two rooms, each with two beds; pleasantly furnished, living room,
- Small kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, teapot; bathroom and WC adjacent;
Price per night: 50 Euro

Middle floor: for 5 to 7 people: One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; pleasantly furnished;
- Second bedroom with two single beds;
- Larger living area, television, two additional beds. - Dining area with seating corner;
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle
- Nice bathroom with WC
- Large and sunny terrace with table and chairs. The middle floor is suitable for 5-7 people;
Price per night: 80 euros

Attic: for 4 people: Two small bedrooms, each with two beds (can be placed together or separately)
- Small but comfortable kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, television;
- Pleasant bathroom with toilet;
- Huge sunny terrace approx. 40 sqm with deck chairs, table and chairs. The attic is suitable for 4 people;
Price per night 60 euros. Garden: The garden has many fruit trees and its own vineyard. It is well suited for barbecuing or simply enjoying nature.

Wonderful to spend a holiday in Villa Panorama.

The villa is very nice and clean, and fully furnished.
The view of the sea is fantastic, and from here it is only a few minutes' walk to the sea.
If you want to go to Varna, you can also take a bus or a taxi.
On the terrace there are deck chairs, table and chairs to enjoy the view of the sea.
I have a wonderful, relaxing holiday here.
The villa owner is very nice and picked me up at the airport, showed me around, took me to the beach and she also speaks German.

Awesome villa!

Me and a group of friends stayed at this property for 1 week during the summer of 2017. The villa was simply awesome, the views were epic and the host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The villa is located pretty close to everything. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk down the road and to get to the center of town you can take a bus or a taxi for a very cheap price. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Villa Panorama :)

Highly recommended!

We booked Villa Panorama with a total of 14 people, all of whom were comfortably accommodated.
The owner is a very nice and helpful lady who always tried to make our stay more enjoyable.
The villa itself has everything you need and is beautifully situated in the middle of nature with a sea view. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and about half an hour to the town centre. Only the way back in the evening is a challenge, at least if you don't have a torch with you, because you have to walk up the slope on footpaths.
The kitchens are all excellently equipped. And the rest of the inventory left nothing to be desired. The only small drawback was the boiler, which was unfortunately not designed for a large group, but this is negligible due to the other advantages.

Villa Panorama

I spent my summer holidays in Villa Panorama in the Resort Golden Sands, Bulgaria, in July, 2016. It was great. The villa is situated close to the sea – 10-15 min. walking. It is a quiet place. The rooms are clean. There is a kitchen and a refrigerator, which was a great advantage for me. The view from the terrace of the third floor was astonishing – large view of the sea, small boats floating. The hostess was a very nice person.

Great stay in Golden Sands

We loved Bulgaria and Golden Sands! Nice beach, inexpensive, great food and people.

The villa was quite secluded, approximately 10-15 minutes walking from the beach and Golden Sands. The villa had decently equipped kitchen, large enough rooms and lots of outdoors space for our children to play. Everything was very clean. Great privacy and view! We had a great stay and will be back.

Sun, beach and great hosts!

We have just returned from a wonderful two-week trip to Bulgaria, and we would like to thank our hostess, Galina, very much! She spoke perfect German, and welcomed us very nicely! Her family villa was simple, inexpensive, very quiet and clean, and hidden in the green - perfect for our small family! We enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace. Our favourite part was the location - only 10 minutes walk from the beach, and with an incredible view over the whole Black Sea! It was also only a few minutes walk to Gold Beach centre. We also made several day trips to Varna and along the coast - by bus you could go anywhere! We would recommend this villa to our friends anytime!

Sun and sea - what more do you want!

Villa Panorama and its very lovely host, who spoke perfect German, made our family's stay in Bulgaria last summer unforgettable! The villa is located on a hill and offers a wide and beautiful view over the Black Sea - we especially enjoyed this in the evenings during dinner on the terrace!
Since our apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, we made use of it frequently. Whatever we were missing, Galina provided it for us. She even picked us up from and drove us to the airport, which was very helpful! Our children enjoyed the garden very much, and we loved the peaceful surroundings!
The beach is about a 10-minute walk away - even less downhill - and offers nice leisure activities such as volleyball, massages, a children's playground, and windsurfing, which we didn't dare to try.:) We had great weather the whole time! Golden Sands was also just a short walk away, where we went out to eat often.
Overall, it was a very sunny and relaxing vacation, and we thank Galina for her hospitality!

free time activities: Im Goldstrand gab es ganz viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die wir gar nicht alle ausprobieren konnten. Das Aquapark hat uns wirklich Spass gemacht, wie auch die Spa-Komplexen, die wir ausprobiert haben. Die Strandbars waren die besten - tolle Cocktails! Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, uns einige typisch bulgarische Kultur-Events anzuschauen.

shopping facilities: Es gibt einen Einkaufsladen im Zentrum vom Goldstrand.

Villa Panorama

Very nice, clean and well maintained villa. Nice sea view, 2 large terraces with tables and chairs - excellent for sunbathing. The owner is very polite and speaks German, English and Russian. Excellent place for party, fun and relaxation. The beach is only 10 minutes away by foot and the bars and discos are right next to it!!! :)
