The accommodation is located in the holiday village of Le Marze, which lies directly on the coast of Marina di Grosseto. The holiday village extends over a green area of over 200,000 square metres. The mobile homes are all located in the semi-shade of the green and magnificent pine forest. The holiday village has all the amenities you need for a perfect family holiday. Guests have access to a restaurant/pizzeria, a mini market, a bar, a pool, entertainment and mini club, a dog park, sports facilities, an ATM, a playground, bouncy castles and much more. The gently sloping private beach is directly accessible from the holiday village and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The well-equipped beach has a bar, sun loungers and parasols which can be hired but also plenty of space for guests who would like to linger on the free, gently sloping sandy beach. During the high season, the Marze holiday village offers a great entertainment programme with games, activities and shows during the day and in the evening. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here: volleyball courts, table tennis, a large swimming pool, horse riding facilities and a surf school nearby. There is also a professional rope and climbing park for adults and children in the holiday village. You can also hire a bike directly from the holiday village and explore the beautiful cycle paths. These run through the green pine forest and connect the towns along the coast. Wifi is available free of charge in the holiday village in places such as the restaurant, pool and bar.
The beautiful Mobilehome Lodge Superior AGGIT offers 32 square metres of space for 6 people and has one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The living room has a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, crockery, pots and cutlery as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Barbecues are permitted at the public barbecue areas in the holiday village. A baby cot can be hired on site (please book in advance). The journey time from the ital. Border is approx. 4.5h. Half or full board can be booked on site on request. A car park is included. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrival and departure is possible daily. In the period from 03.08.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 06.07.-02.08.2024 / 24.08.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 4 nights. In the period from 22 June to 5 July 2024, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 2 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The gently sloping, light-coloured sandy beach is easily accessible directly from the holiday village (approx. 500 metres). A pleasant footpath leads through a strip of pine trees directly to the beach. The beach has sanitary facilities, a bar, sun loungers for hire and plenty of space for holidaymakers who want to enjoy the free sandy beach.
POOL
You will be able to spend wonderful and relaxing days by the swimming pool at Le Marze campsite. The area is equipped with parasols and sunbeds for guests to enjoy relaxing and regenerating moments. Safety in the swimming pool area is guaranteed by qualified lifeguards.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A motivated entertainment team is looking forward to delighting adults and children during their stay with a varied entertainment programme: Latin dance, sports courses and tournaments, games on the beach and by the pool. In the evening, you will be entertained with cabaret, shows, karaoke and themed parties. A mini club (3-11 years) and a playground with fixed and inflatable play equipment are available free of charge for the little ones.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here: volleyball courts, table tennis and a swimming pool are available free of charge. There is a windsurfing school on the beach within easy walking distance. It offers lessons and equipment for beginners and advanced surfers as well as for adults and children aged 8 and over. The sporting highlight, however, is the holiday village's professional climbing and rope park, which is suitable for adults and children (for a fee). There is also a bike hire service for extensive bike tours through the enchanting pine forest.
SHOPPING
The supermarket has a wide selection of Italian, typical local and international products, as well as a wine section with a large selection of Tuscan wines. Fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, milk and fresh bread are available every morning, even on Sundays. In the bazaar section you will find everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay: Postcards, souvenirs, toys, camping items, gas cartridges and a selection of Italian and international magazines and newspapers.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans so that you can also cook for yourself. The holiday village has a nice restaurant, which offers local dishes as well as national and international cuisine. You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board options. You are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
2 pets are welcome and must be registered at the time of booking. A dog park (course) is available for dog owners and there is a dog beach about 900 metres away where you can take your pet to the beach without any worries. Special dog showers in the holiday village ensure cleanliness after a day at the beach.
SPECIALS
The holiday village has a medical room with a doctor on certain days. There are also coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers, with coin-operated machines in every washroom and the sanitary facilities. There is also a cash machine on the campsite.

Nature lovers can enjoy excursions to the famous Uccellina National Park as well as to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, such as the island of Elba or the Isola del Giglio, and to the natural thermal springs of Saturnia.
