IL TRAMONTO "The Sunset" is a simple, yet beautiful and well-maintained holiday home with a wonderful panoramic terrace and a stunning sea view, located in a quiet residential area of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The house has three bedrooms and is ideal for up to 6 people.

The town center with many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The beach of Castigilione is also about a 10-minute walk away. On the fenced property, a small car can park.
Additional parking spaces are available on the street near the house.
