Located km from the beach of Marina di Grosseto is in the middle of a huge garden this Villetta with wonderful pool (5x10mt, depth 1,4mt).
Flowering shrubs, centenarians olive trees, high cypresses and a lawn are applied very balanced around the house and pool. In addition, the garden is fenced and a high hedge protects guests from prying eyes.
In the garden there are two car parking spaces!
The house has in front of the living area on a large covered patio overlooking the pool.
Here you will take with fondness their meals and spend pleasant evenings with a glass of wine.
The house is simple but very practical.
There are two bedrooms, a sofa bed and two shower-baths and has a dishwasher and washing machine, satellite TV and Internet connection
All windows have fly screens.
The house is equipped with its own central heating.
IL BRAMSOLE is suitable for max. 4 adults and 2 children!
The Villetta is grown on the back of the house the owner's daughter, is completely independent!
The garden and pool is available exclusively for guests!

Villetta Bramasole located 2km from the village in a small, scattered housing estate. Between the house and the sea, the Pineta runs - the typical pine forest of the region.
Access to the house is via a paved road.
Grosseto with its historic city walls and Old Town offers many options of bars, cafes and Ristoranti and serious shopping!
Castiglione della Pescaia is 10 km away.
Trips to Capalbio to Sculpture Park Niki Saint Phalle,
the Monte Argentario Peninsula, or in the Maremma Natural Park are absolute highlights and are a must.
The hinterland of the Maremma is very beautiful and always interesting for a trip. Also Siena can be reached in one and a half hours! The sandy beaches at Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia are among the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Italy.
Marina di Grosseto has evolved in recent years into a modern seaside resort. There is a large beach promenade with countless Ristoranti, bars, cafes and bistros. In addition to managed beaches with sun beds and umbrellas can be found km free beaches. A large portion of which is a designated dog beach.
The village has all the shops, a modern marina and the old fishing harbor with the traditional boats.

Urlaub mit Hund
Ein sehr schönes gepflegters Haus, die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Es war alles sehr sauber
Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr schön. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Vermieter, Herr Bartolini, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Garten und schönem Pool
Das Haus liegt fünf Minuten von Marina di Grosseto und den Stränden, rundherum sind Felder und Olivenhaine.
Der Knüller ist der schöne große und gepflegte Garten, der komplett mit einer hohen Hecke abgeschlossen ist, so dass man völlig seine Ruhe hat und auch kleine Kinder oder den Hund unbesorgt spielen lassen kann. Die uralten Olivenbäume und riesigen Rosmarinbüsche geben dem Ganzen das richtige Toscana-Feeling.
Der Pool ist ebenso gepflegt, und im Pavillon direkt daneben kann man sich entspannt in den Schatten legen. Das Haus ist sauber, gut geschnitten, und einfach aber komplett eingerichtet.
Wir waren im September dort, da waren die Temperaturen sehr angenehm, aber für die Hauptsaison wäre eine Klimaanlage keine schlechte Idee, sowie ein Sonnenschirm für die Terasse.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett, er kann zwar kein Deutsch, aber man konnte sich auch so gut verständigen.
Alles in allem kann ich das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Wunderschön
Wir waren von der Sauberkeit und dem wunderschönem Garten total begeistert. Man ist schnell am Strand und auch bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Hauseigentümer reinigte täglich den Pool. Das einzige ganz kleine Minus war der Militärflughafen von Grosseto da hier doch ab und zu Düsenjets starten und landen. Aber wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Dieses Haus mit dem großen ein gezäumten Grundstück ist ideal für Urlaub mit Hunden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zurück haltend. Zum Stand sind es nur wenige Kilometer. In der Nachsaison kann man die Hunde am Strand frei laufen lassen. Für September 2016 haben wir zum 4.mal dieses Haus gebucht. Unsere 4 Schäferhunde die in ihrem Anhänger schlafen fühlen sich sehr wohl. Dieses Haus kann man mit ruhigen Gewissen immer weiter empfehlen.

Ein kleiner Hinweis zu "Hunde am Strand" sei noch erwähnt: Zwischen Marina di Grosseto und Castiglione della Pescaia gibt es einen ausgewiesenen Hundestrand, an welchem ganzjährig Hunde frei laufen und sich austoben können und dürfen!
