Top opportunity: From 10 - 18 July 2022 the whole house can be booked! Minimum booking 7 nights! Quietly situated, detached comfort non-smoking holiday home on a 1000 sqm plot on the outskirts of the village. It has 2 comfortable flats for max. 4 persons each, which can also be rented separately. Upstairs, an approx. 65 sqm top-modern comfort flat: Cosy living area with fireplace and separate dining area, large gallery with 2 movable single beds in the rear, hidden sleeping area, bedroom with double bed, modern separate kitchen with comfort equipment (dishwasher, microwave, small freezer, glass ceramic hob, multifunctional oven), chic shower room with WC, approx. 35 sqm large roof terrace at flat level, facing south. Another WC is located next to the laundry room and sauna in the annex below.
Downstairs approx. 65sqm: Very attractive living room with fireplace, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 movable boxspring beds, sep. comfortable kitchen (oven with top/bottom heat, otherwise as above), shower room with WC, sep. WC and large west-facing terrace. Attention: 250,- € deposit required when handing over the keys!
In the sep. accessible annexe there is a washing machine, a dryer, a sep. WC and a small wellness area with sauna and a far view over the wide fields. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax. Each flat has its own terrace on a different side of the house. W-Lan is available to our guests free of charge. The visible North Sea dyke, only about 850m away, is within reach. The coastal resorts of Neuharlingersiel, Harlesiel and Carolinensiel with their huge range of leisure activities can be reached in a few minutes via the well-developed network of cycle paths. The car parking space is on the property. Bicycles can be booked at a very reasonable price. The North Sea Oasis Pethan is a pure non-smoking domicile. At the latest when you have arrived here, you will know why we call it North Sea Oasis. The rental prices quoted are always for one floor. We offer a 10% discount on the rental price if you book the entire house from November to the beginning of the Easter holidays (except for Christmas), provided you book at least 14 nights. ONE PLEASE: ALWAYS GIVE US A PHONE NUMBER WHEN INQUIRYING - thank you! We are on the road a lot, where we then do not have internet available, but we get a text message with every enquiry and can then respond promptly.

Location and surroundings of object
Our land offers all plenty of space to relax and at the latest when you arrive here, you know why we call it North Sea OASIS. Children feel here very well, and because we are almost at the end of the impasse, there is almost no traffic.
The two outlying islands of Wangerooge and Spiekerooge invite as a day visit, such as a boat trip to Robben banks. It is therefore almost right in the niedersäschsischen Wadden Sea.

| Daily rental price is for the upper flat (lower plus 4,- € ) with max. 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years. Each child from 16 - 20 years pays 5,-€ and every other person from 16 years pays 10,- € extra. When booking, please give us the children's date of birth in the message field so that we can inform you of the correct rental price. In any case, the visitor's tax, the fee for the final cleaning and possibly the fee for the use of the sauna have to be added. A one-time fee of € 15,- (incl. sauna towels) is charged for the use of the sauna for approx. 2,5 - 3 hours. We recommend that our guests book the feel-good package so that the beds and towels are ready on arrival and the final cleaning is carried out. This wellness package costs 80,- € once for 2 persons. Each additional person pays only 10,- € for a linen set. Only the final cleaning costs 60,- € and has to be paid. A deposit of 250,- € per flat is to be paid when the keys are handed over. This deposit will be returned to a bank account to be specified within 3 bank working days when the flat is vacated in an undamaged and swept-clean state. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished and equipped as described. The host family is very nice and accommodating. Reception and on-site support are well organized and accessible at all times. We were completely satisfied.

Fantastic holiday in a top holiday flat
The holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired - we have never been in a flat that is so perfectly equipped! The bright living room invites you to linger and in good weather you sit perfectly on the large roof terrace
It was an all-round great holiday - for us there was nothing to complain about!

A great vacation on the North Sea
It was our first vacation on the North Sea and we were not disappointed in any way.
The Nordseeoase Pethan house is beautifully and quietly located on a well-maintained property. The Pethan 2 vacation apartment with a great large rooftop terrace is modern and tastefully furnished. Everything is top-notch and we immediately felt comfortable. With a bicycle, you can wonderfully explore the beautiful area and coastal towns. Children have fun at the beach in Neuharlingersiel (water playground, basketball, soccer, kite flying) while the parents can relax in a beach chair. We will gladly come back!

Always a pleasure!!
This is the second time we have stayed in this flat and it won't be the last. The flat is cosy, clean and very modern. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. You feel right at home. The house is in a quiet location but still close to the coastal towns of Carolinensiel and Neuharlingersiel. When the weather was perfect, we were able to use the bicycles provided for cycling tours. The contact with the landlord was again very nice. Perfect all round!

Experience-well-being oasis
We found a neat, harmonious FWO to our taste.
The description fits and especially the booked weather ;-).
There was one problem, the shower did not work properly. This problem was solved perfectly by the landlord, so actually not to mention

Immer wieder gerne!
Es ist sehr sauber und wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch kommt man schnell überall hin. Der Kontakt war auch überaus freundlich und angenehm.

Empfehlenswerter Kurzurlaub in Pentan 2
Ein durchaus empfehlenswerte Domizil, das man gerne auch für längere Zeit nutzen will. Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, die wir in einem sauberen Zustand angetroffen haben.
Die ist nicht zuletzt ein verdienst der Betreuer vor Ort, der Fam. Höpner.

Super Haus, top Lage - einfach zum wohlfühlen!
Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Es ist alles da, was man braucht ....
die Lage ist ideal. Direkt am Feld, total ruhig.
Allerdings wird ein Auto benötigt, sonst ist es zu den Stränden zu weit. Aber das ist das geringste Übel ...
es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Easter holiday in the North Sea oasis of Pethan
The Easter holiday this year,
went to the North Sea to "Haus Pethan".
And what the internet promised,
everything was wonderful.
Nothing was missing, even the sun was shining,
so the beach chair was bliss.
After the great Easter fire
the sauna warmed us up immensely.
For us it is clear that we will come again,
we will come again, if possible every year.
Simply great, keep it up.

super schöner erholsamer Familienurlaub
Wir hatten die obere Wohnung "Pethan 2"
diese Wohnung ist super sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet
Die Ausstattung ist top, es hat uns an nicht gefehlt
Die Lage ist ruhig und von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Carolinensiel
Auf der großzügigen Terasse kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen :-)
Die Sauna ist neu mit einem extra großzügigem Duschbereich und einer Ruhebank.
Mit dem Fahrrad kann man problemlos die Orte Neuharlingersiel und Carolinensiel erreichen.
Der kleine Ort Altharlingersiel hat schöne Lokale,die man in nur 5 Minute zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Unterkunft gemütlich, sauber und schön eingerichtet .Der Mietpreis ist absolut sein Geld wert, nur ein Wagen sollte schon vorhanden sein , gerade bei kleineren Kindern ist der Weg zum Strand doch etwas weiter entfernt gelegen. Ein wirklich schönes , kinderfreundliches Restaurant ist vor Ort.
Mein Fazit : Jederzeit wieder ohne wenn und aber !

eine tolle Urlaubsoase
Eine tolle Umgebung mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Haus liegt am Rande eines kleinen Ortes und absolut ruhig gelegen. Eine tolle Sonnenterrasse ist vorhanden. Wenn allerdings zuviel Wind aufkommt sitzt man dort nicht sehr geschützt Auch fehlten Gartenmöbel, auf den alten Holzbänken sitzt man nicht so toll, diese wurden erst auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei dem herrlichen Gartengrundstück wären durchaus auch Liegestühle angebracht.
Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, insbesondere die hervorragende Küchenausstattung war spitze und auch das Haus war sehr gepflegt, da gilt es der Verwalterfamilie mal ein dickes Lob auszusprechen diese waren mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend und hatten für alles ein offenes Ohr. Alles in allem ein Erholungsurlaub wie man sich diesen vorstellt. Wir werden ganz sicher wenn das Haus in den Wintermonaten umgebaut wird in 2013 wieder dort Urlaub machen.

free time activities: Es gibt viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und die Strände locken zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Leider liegen die zwei vorhandenen Hundestrände sehr weit weg, diese sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
shopping facilities: Sei es in Neuharlingersiel oder noch besser in Carolinensiel sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten klasse.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung, die wir noch wie folgt kommentieren möchten: Wir können an unser Haus an der Nordsee keine schöne Aluminium-Gartenmöbel hinstellen, da der Wind diese wegfegen würde. Deshalb stehen dort immer die schweren Holzmöbel mit den wegnehmbaren Kissen für Sitz und Rücken (nicht nur auf Anfrage). Und für windige Tage steht auch ein Strankorb im Garten, in den man sich nicht nur setzen, sondern auch bequem hinlegen kann.
Die obere Etage ist im letzten Winter schon zu einem chicen Komfortappartement umgebaut worden und die untere, auch jetzt schon urgemütliche und komfortable Wohnung, wird im kommenden Winter modernisiert. Wir haben das Haus erst seit letztem Jahr und bisher haben bereits ganz viele begeisterte Gäste schon teilweise mehrfach neu gebucht, und wir begrüßen auch Sie gern wieder.

eine echte Oase
Mitten im kalten, sehr schönen + sonnigen Winter, konnten wir nun 4 Nächte hier wohnen. Noch nie haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung unten ist schon sehr gemütlich mit dem Kamin, die Küche war für uns der Traum. Tolle Lage, richtige Informationen, ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein ausgesprochen netter Vermieterkontakt.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Tolle Lage, ganz ruhig, mit Weitblick bis zum Deich, jetzt im Wimter leider nur am WE ein Restaurant in nächster Nähe, die anderen sind alle 2-5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen im Mai wieder, dann können wir zufuß zum Essen gehen und haben Auswahl.
free time activities: Deich und Strand recht nah, mit dem Fahrrad ganz schnell zu erreichen, schöne Wanderwege, Bouleplatz, Angelstege, sehr schöne Saunawelten in Neuharlingersiel und Carolinensiel; viele Indoor-Möglichkeiten
shopping facilities: einige Discounter und gut sortierte Lebensmittelmärkte
