Quietly situated, detached comfort non-smoking holiday home on a 1000 sqm plot at the edge of the village. It offers 2 comfortable apartments on two levels for up to 4 people each. (For the upper apartment, search separately under Nordseeoase Pethan - oben). An approx. 65 sqm top-modern comfort apartment: Cozy living and dining area with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two movable box-spring beds, modern separate... Kitchen with comfort features (dishwasher, microwave, small freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, multifunction oven), shower room with WC, separate WC, large terrace facing southwest.
Attention: €250 deposit required upon key handover!
In the separately accessible annex there is a washing machine, a dryer, a separate WC, and a small wellness area with sauna and a wide view over the vast fields. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax. Each apartment has its own terrace on a different side of the house. Our guests have free Wi-Fi available. The visible North Sea dike, only about 850m away, is within easy reach. The coastal resorts of Neuharlingersiel, Harlesiel, and Carolinensiel, with their wide range of leisure activities, can be reached in just a few minutes via the well-developed cycle path network. Parking is available on the property. Bicycles can be rented at a very low price. The North Sea Oasis Pethan is a strictly non-smoking residence. As soon as you arrive here, you will know why we call it the North Sea Oasis. The stated rental prices always apply to one floor; however, if you book the entire house from November until the start of the Easter holidays (except Christmas-New Year), we grant a 10% discount on the rental price if at least 14 nights are booked.

Our large, truly quietly located property offers plenty of space to relax, and as soon as you arrive here, you will know why we call it the North Sea Oasis. A real place to unwind. Children also feel especially comfortable here, and since we are almost at the end of the cul-de-sac, there is only local traffic to another 5 houses – simply wonderfully quiet. The two offshore islands Wangerooge and Spiekeroog invite you for a day visit, just like a cutter trip to the seal banks. So you are almost right in the middle of the unique Lower Saxon Wadden Sea. Our Altharlingersiel is considered an insider tip for quiet and wonderful living in close proximity to the dike. Thanks to the very well-developed network of cycle paths, you can be at the bakery in just a few minutes in the morning. The beautifully designed small harbor is only about... 300m from our house and is the ideal starting point for little captains and anglers. A boat rental is right next door. The sandy beaches can also be easily reached by bike, so you don’t have to look for a paid parking space. Several excellent restaurants with an attractive price-performance ratio can be reached within a few minutes by car. A children’s playground is a 2-minute walk away.

additional information about rental price:
| Daily rental price is for the upper flat (lower plus 4,- € ) with max. 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years. Each child from 16 - 20 years pays 5,-€ and every other person from 16 years pays 10,- € extra. When booking, please give us the children's date of birth in the message field so that we can inform you of the correct rental price. In any case, the visitor's tax, the fee for the final cleaning and possibly the fee for the use of the sauna have to be added. A one-time fee of € 15,- (incl. sauna towels) is charged for the use of the sauna for approx. 2,5 - 3 hours. We recommend that our guests book the feel-good package so that the beds and towels are ready on arrival and the final cleaning is carried out. This wellness package costs 80,- € once for 2 persons. Each additional person pays only 10,- € for a linen set. Only the final cleaning costs 60,- € and has to be paid. A deposit of 250,- € per flat is to be paid when the keys are handed over. This deposit will be returned to a bank account to be specified within 3 bank working days when the flat is vacated in an undamaged and swept-clean state. The final cleaning must always be paid on site – see fees. We also offer our guests a comfort package so that the beds are made upon arrival and hand and kitchen towels are provided. This package can be booked for only €10 per person. Standard bicycles for adults or children from about 9 years old can be booked, subject to availability, for only €15 deposit per bicycle and week. E-bikes are now available and can be reserved for only €50 per week, subject to availability. If you would like a cleaning in between, no problem. This can be arranged with our service staff and must be paid for separately.

Fantastic holiday in a top holiday flat
The holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired - we have never been in a flat that is so perfectly equipped! The bright living room invites you to linger and in good weather you sit perfectly on the large roof terrace
It was an all-round great holiday - for us there was nothing to complain about!

A great vacation on the North Sea
It was our first vacation on the North Sea and we were not disappointed in any way.
The Nordseeoase Pethan house is beautifully and quietly located on a well-maintained property. The Pethan 2 vacation apartment with a great large rooftop terrace is modern and tastefully furnished. Everything is top-notch and we immediately felt comfortable. With a bicycle, you can wonderfully explore the beautiful area and coastal towns. Children have fun at the beach in Neuharlingersiel (water playground, basketball, soccer, kite flying) while the parents can relax in a beach chair. We will gladly come back!

Always a pleasure!!
This is the second time we have stayed in this flat and it won't be the last. The flat is cosy, clean and very modern. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. You feel right at home. The house is in a quiet location but still close to the coastal towns of Carolinensiel and Neuharlingersiel. When the weather was perfect, we were able to use the bicycles provided for cycling tours. The contact with the landlord was again very nice. Perfect all round!

Experience-well-being oasis
We found a neat, harmonious FWO to our taste.
The description fits and especially the booked weather ;-).
There was one problem, the shower did not work properly. This problem was solved perfectly by the landlord, so actually not to mention
