Saint Lovreč. The holiday apartement is located on a 4000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October with views of the surroundings, 4 m x 11 m, 1.4 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Kitchen with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (ceramic, 2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
House rules
The holding of parties and events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
