The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Nova Vas/Poreč. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. Private parking outside the courtyard

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October, 6 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).

Bathroom (6 sqm) with with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Higher ground floor: Eat-in kitchen (15 sqm) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV and dining area (6 seats).
