Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Baby cot available on request.

Nova Vas/Poreč. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Highchair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early November 6 m x 5 m 1.5 m deep).

Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower facility, washing machine, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
