Discover our charming, barrier-free holiday home in the heart of Haiming, built in ecological timber frame construction in 2016; accessible via a separate entrance directly next to the host's main house. Situated in a very quiet residential area, our inviting house with underfloor heating and controlled ventilation offers a cosy home away from home.
Look forward to a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, including an oven and an inviting dining table that invites you to linger and enjoy. The two cosy bedrooms are perfect retreats for relaxing, reading, watching TV and surfing the internet - thanks to free 250 MBit fibre optic WiFi, you'll always be connected. The beds are suitable for allergy sufferers. Bed linen and towels are provided to ensure you have a pleasant stay. A cosy double bed in the first bedroom and two comfortable single beds in the second bedroom ensure restful nights. The barrier-free bathroom impresses with a modern shower area and a spacious washbasin.
For our environmentally conscious guests, we also offer a wallbox for charging electric cars so that you can enjoy your electric mobility comfortably and without worries.
Access to the flat is contactless and keyless. You can easily open the flat with an access code, which will be communicated to you in good time.
There is a car park right next to the entrance. A grocery shop for your daily needs and a traditional pub with a cosy beer garden, which invites you to socialise, are just a five-minute walk away.

Our charming holiday flat is located in the heart of Haiming, a quiet and picturesque community in Upper Bavaria. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Inn and Salzach floodplains, our location offers the perfect base for exploring the Bavarian countryside and culture. Just a short drive from Munich and close to the Austrian border, Haiming is an ideal location for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
Just 1 km away is a first-class 18-hole golf course, suitable for beginners and experienced golfers alike. Enjoy a round of golf amidst the breathtaking Bavarian countryside and make your stay even more memorable.
The Mozart city of Salzburg, just 60 kilometres away, is also well worth a visit. Explore the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and enjoy the rich history and culture that this beautiful city has to offer.
Not far from Haiming is Burghausen Castle, which at 1051 metres is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the 'longest castle in the world'. The castle consists of six courtyards and is a testimony to the impressive medieval architecture.
The famous pilgrimage site of Altötting is also just a short journey away. For more than 500 years, Altötting has been the most important place of pilgrimage to the Virgin Mary in the German-speaking world. The Black Madonna in the Chapel of Mercy attracts around one million pilgrims every year, who bring their worries and needs, but also their thanks to the Mother of God.
